There was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel. I brought 6 people with me and each had their own room. All of us loved it! Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and linens, super clean and well kept rooms and lobby, safes and coffee in the room, great working A/C, nice courtyard, rooftop lounge area and good breakfast. Very nice helpful staff all around, so eager to help and friendly happy personalities. Only 5 minutes walk from the Bologna metro station, but the staff will order you a cab too. Quit a few good restaurants and shops all around the hotel, yet it’s a very quiet safe neighborhood. Only 3 stops to the main Termini or in a taxi it was 10-15 mins from everything except the Vatican which was about 25 minutes away. I found it to be super convenient and I’d definitely stay here again. My thanks to the entire staff for making my group feel welcome, safe and well taken care of! Very nice experience!

Great place, horrible bathrooms , small elevators
Hotel is very nice, staff is super nice but they need to upgrade the bathrooms, very small and the super high tubs are un safe for people with knee issues and older folks. Its almost 3 feet high and you have to climb in. very unsafe

Loved the hotel, the location is good, close to metro , Did not like the bathrooms, very small and tight, plus the showers are very high to get into. If you have any knee or leg issues it is ridiculous. Breakfast delicious and plenty

Great Hotel In Rome!
I have stayed at the Mercure Roma Piazza Bologna many times. I would highly recommend the Mercure Roma Piazza Bologna to anyone! The rooms are clean and comfy and the staff are all wonderful people! The breakfast buffet is certainly one of the best I've had in Europe and in the entire world! The hotel may not be in the historic center of Rome, but the neighborhood is quite a friendly one and there are quite a few shops and restaurants in it. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at the Mercure Roma Piazza Bologna for always making every stay very memorable! I will certainly be returning in the future!
