The property was in such a great location. Piazza Navona is so lively in the evenings - lots of options for drinks and food! The actual rooms are so cute! Original wood beams and we had the cutest little balcony type window that opened up over the street. The only drawback is that it’s an old building so there are no elevators and the stairs are steep and lots of them.. so if you have mobility issues it would be difficult to get up and down.

The owners were lovely. Alessandro and Marlon are top blokes. Marlon was so helpful. Anything we needed was no trouble, and if there were any issues, it was addressed pronto. Free Breakfast only consists of drink and croissant. Beware of the stairs. Three flights, quite narrow and steep. However Marlon will not only help you with your luggage when you arrive, but when you leave too

We stayed in the Farnese Annex and it was a perfect location just round the corner from Campo de fiori and straight across the bridge from Trastevere. We could walk to all the historic sites with ease. Salvatore and his wife met us and walked us to the apartment. They were so kind and friendly. Having a kitchenette made it very homey, the hot tub was perfect for soothing exhausted legs, and the bed was super comfy. They also had Netflix, if that's your thing. We could also leave our cases after check out as we had a late flight. I'm definitely staying in the Annex apartment next time I'm back in Rome.

Perfect Location
Great hotel and prefect location that puts you within walking distance of lots of the world class attractions. We found that pretty much everything we wanted to see was walkable from there. The owners are very pleasant and helped us find the place when we got a bit lost on the first night. Would highly recommend for a visit to Rome if you want to pack alot in.

The property location was phenomenal! We walked to Trevi Fountain, the Panthenon, Piazza Navona, shopping, restaurants, Campi de Fiori and so much more ! The owners were so nice and helpful. The unit was incredible and well maintained. It was a contemporary unit in an older building. The air conditioning worked great and it was needed as we went in late August. Everything was clean and neat like a hotel. The only part I need to mention is that this is an older building with no elevator so not recommended for older clients as we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs each time. No problem for us as we are in our 50's with good knees and feet.... But if you are going to Rome you will be doing a lot of walking anyway. Great place I would stay in again! 5 stars!

Super clean, and staff was helpful w/luggage and airport shuttle (fee). Steps away from great food/shopping. Vatican City, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps were all very walkable. Very safe area to walk at night. The street noise could not be heard in the room w/windows shut. Walls are paper thin and entire conversations are easily heard. No elevator. The very narrow, winding, spiral marble staircase with a thin metal handrail is 50 steps up. There is an AED and fire extinguisher available. Small table and chairs with coffee service was nice to enjoy the street activity below while having coffee. It’s the perfect room for agile people who can handle the stairs easily and want to see all the best spots Rome has to offer.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Navona property. The location is the best - walking distance to most things, lots of restaurants right outside. Always very clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The suite we stayed in was on the third floor, up a very narrow, winding staircase very Medieval. Fun, but be aware. In this suite, the walls were quite thin and we happened to have extremely noisy neighbours, shouting and banging in the middle of the night. Not the hotels fault, of course but annoying. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were wonderful, Marlon took time to get us familiar with the area and was helpful carrying our bags up to the rooms. The room was well air conditioned and we appreciated the water and coffee left for us. The rooms are located in a very convenient area of Rome. You can walk to everything or take the bus.

Amazing location in Roma
Awesome location, very clean, welcoming and friendly hosts. We also had a window overlooking the plaza for a cool view. Up 3 floors of a tight spiral staircase but that only adds to its charm. Highly recommend!

Staff were really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and provided suggestions. Location was brillant and we walked everywhere. Breakfast was provided at a cafe across the road and consisted of a coffee and crossiant (when we asked for water we were charged). Your site made no reference to the narrow and steep spiral staircase- this is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Hotel called Navona with hot tubs so disappointed that there was wasnt one to use

The building was very history and we loved how they updated the rooms while still showing off the historic bones. The staff was very kind, communicative, and helpful. They even made sure some one was there to help carry our bags up and down the spiral stair cases.

Marlon was a fantastic host! The apartment met our needs, and was in the best location!! Close walk to everything! Short ceilings, if you are over 6’ might not be the best choice, but we are short so it worked out great!!
