This a room in an apartment complex. The lady that rented is very nice and communicates with you before check in, she provides water, coffee and pasties. However if you are traveling with family or if your flight arrives late at night or leave very early in the morning to the Fiumicino airport this area is not convenient or feels safe. Also around it it’s duty. Only one place to eat walking distance is close. A taxi to airport will cost $40 Euros.

Beautiful Authentic Italian Style Appartment
We stayed one night at this beautiful authentic italian appartment during our transit from the cruise to the airport. Our flight was a day later and we found this place as close by to the airport. It is like an ADU unit. There is a small market about 3 min walk and a very nice coffee shop on the main street. This is a gated community and we felt safe. My only take down on it is the matress are not the best. I highly recommend it for a short layover.

The property has excellent access to the train station and to the airport but it is very remote. The apartment was very basic with no extras like a kettle, extra blankets or pillows. The bathroom was tiny and has a mould problem. Otherwise the checkin was straight forward and the host was helpful.

ITS NOT A HOTEL - its a room in an appartment.
Very shocked that this is allowed ro happen. We booked the hotel (or so we thought) to be near the airport. When we called botel they said they have a shuttle to pick us up for 20 euros. Shortly after i started getting mesaages feom the hotel to my surprise. At the airport the same person picks us up and takes us to an appartmwnt complex and we have to go up the steps to a small little room out of 2 rooms in the appartment. Being that it was midnight we were too scared to even ask the person anything since it was just him and us ina lonely appartment. If we knew before that it was not a hotel maybe we would have been prepared but we were shocked that this place was being posted as a hotel on expedia.

Amazing Service
I had an early flight and really just needed the room to shower and sleep. I couldn't have been in the room more than 8 hours but all in a I was really impressed with the place. The guy running the place was absolutely awesome, he made me a breakfast to go so I had something to eat before my flight and he organized a cab for 4am to get me to the airport. Not the greatest location but I would definitely stay there again before catching another flight our of Rome.

A wonderful and welcoming experience
I had a wonderful experience at the Nuova Fiera B&B. The bed was very comfortable especially after a long train trip from Catania. The room was quiet, the air conditioning was well needed and the host, Massimo was very kind and provided excellent customer service. I felt very welcome and would definitely go back on my next visit to Rome.The major train line to and from central Rome is only a 5 minute walk up the street and this line will also take you directly to the Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci" Airport (The main Airport). This saved me a lot of money on taxis!!!

There is no Hotel Nuova Fiera
I traveled with all my luggage to the hotel, which is no where near Rome, it's a good 20 minute train ride outside of it. I finally found where it is, since it was very hard to communicate with people since no one speaks English this far outside the city. I ring the doorbell and there is no answer. I try knocking on the door and no answer. I ended up going all the way back to Rome with all my luggage and I found a place near Termine train station which is downtown Rome for a slightly more than this place. Do yourself a huge favor and find something in downtown Rome for a little bit more so you don't have to deal with this stress.

After a long day of traveling, I had no idea what to expect when I got off of the train. Although I got a little lost from the directions given to me, I was able to get help from the man who runs the place and felt very at home. The location was super convenient, the people who own it are very helpful and kind, and the room was worth way more than the price.
