The pictures are not an accurate representation of facilities, it smells like mold and is extremely small. The free breakfast is coffee and a piece of cake with juice. The breakfast lady was very friendly but they was the only good thing

Good trip but hotel definitely not as described & in serious need of refurbishment. We were there for 4 days & no towel change. Also thought breakfast was included but wasn’t. Owner speaks no English making communication difficult

Wonderful Location and Clean rooms
This was an amazing location right next to the metro stop and just down the street from the Vatican. There is great food nearby too! It was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner never got very cold, but it was enough. There is also a fridge in the room which was really nice. Our host was very kind, accommodating, and considerate.

We had a bad experience at this hotel. The reception has limited hours and the building is locked, but we called ahead to say we were arriving late, so we were “buzzed” in when we arrived. We had a room for 4 which was small, but we expected that of most rooms in Rome. There were 2 twin beds on the first floor with the bathroom and then a loft upstairs. Upstairs the ceiling was so low anyone over 5”5” would not be able to stand upright. The railing for the loft was in need of repair, it was so flimsy that we stayed away in case it fell off. Glad we did not have a child there. The twin beds downstairs only allowed enough space to walk between them to go upstairs..no space to open luggage. Overall the bathroom seemed clean, other than the bug that scurried across the floor. Our biggest issue was access to the building. I asked how we would get back in the building the next day. I was given a key. We we returned around 5pm after a long day enjoying Rome, the key didn’t work and no one answered the doorbell or the phone. We finally got in when another tenant exited the building. When we got to the rooms, reception was locked and the doorway leading to the rooms was locked. We were stuck in the hallway. Finally someone came after about an hour. we got in our room to find that our towels had not been washed, they were folded and placed on the bidet. Ugh. Called Hotels.com. They were very helpful getting us a new room for the second night.

Posizione ottima, camera tranquilla e sufficiente per dormire la notte. Va bene soprattutto per chi viaggia per lavoro. Unica nota negativa è che al mio arrivo (concordato con la signora che mi avev a contattato) non ho trovato nessuno, ho atteso quasi un'ora e poi ho chiamato sul cellulare del titolare che fortunatamente mi ha aperto.

Observera att du måste kontakta hotellet innan du kommer! Receptionen är obemannad. Detta framgick inte i mailet man får ”Inför din kommande vistelse”. Vi blev sedan incheckade på ett annat B&B ett kvarter bort som inte kändes lika bra som det vi bokat. Personalen är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma men har lite problem med engelskan. Nära och bra till tunnelbanan och gångavstånd till sevärdheter.

Perfekt läge! Gångavstånd till Vatikan-området.
Trevligt Bed & Breakfast med ett helt perfekt läge. En kort promenad till Vatikan-området och St Peters-kyrkan. Dessutom ligger tunnelbanan mycket nära hotellet! Stationen heter Ottaviano och därifrån kan du enkelt ta dig runt i Rom. Det här är ett ganska litet B&B med små, men bra rum. Tyst och lugnt på nätterna. Vi fick ett mycket vänligt bemötande av hotellets personal. I Rom är vänlighet inte en självklarhet!!! Stort tack för en trevlig vistelse hos er!
