A perfect boutique Hotel in central Rome
This is a very lovely boutique hotel and the location is amazing. The rooms are very clean, the building is old and beautiful, the service was great and we really enjoyed Alice Pizza right next door. We stayed here for three nights and it was wonderful.

Great location! The AC vent leaked drops of water and the mini fridge didn’t work. We were there for 6 nights and they said we would get a fridge on day 2. Day 6 came by and we never saw a working fridge.

Really nice boutique hotel in a great location, the middle of everything. It’s on the third floor but has an elevator, small check in area with limited hours so call before you go there to ensure someone will be there for your check in. Otherwise it was really clean and a nice room. It’s on a busy street but two sets of windows help keep out the traffic noise but it’s hard to beat the location.

The hotel is in a great location - it's very central and walkable to all the historical places in Rome (Pantheon, Piazza Novana, Colosseum, etc) and convenient taxi stands and bus stops near by. We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was very welcoming and nice.

Nice, clean, convenient little hotel in a very centrally located area. Not a lot of “extras”, but being in Rome it’s not about being in the hotel but exploring the city. 3 flights of stairs but there is an elevator after climbing 12 stairs. I thought the hotel was perfect for our family.

The hotel assistant, Angela, was very nice and helpful during out stay. She was nice and pleasant to work with and see even gave us directions and sites to see in Rome. She made our stay in Rome very memorable because of her and because of our great location within Rome.

Loved this place! Great location, clean and comfy!
Great hotel with a very central location. Not even a block away from a very large bus stop and tons of restaurants and things to do the minute you walk out the door. Our room was always clean and breakfast was plentiful. The women working there are phenomenal and so friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. My only "thing" would be the design of the shower is flawed as the water comes out the short (width) of the shower and not the long (length) of the shower so it directly hits the glass shower doors and doesn't give you much room to move around and stay under the water. I was paranoid that the water would leak out onto the floor but it never did. It's a beautiful shower with lights that change colors, just has a design flaw. Also the shower side of the bathroom is glass windows so you can see into the bathroom from the one side. We didn't mind as we're a couple but some might. We will be back if we travel to Rome again!

Beyond charming!!
My husband and I were on our first solo trip to Italy, and staying at the Queen's Palace Suites was the perfect place to spend the first 5 days of our trip. The hosts were accommodating and hospitable - from the breakfast, which was room service (how awesome is that), to the comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The location is spot-on!! It is close to major sights, restaurants, shops, and the charm of Rome, Italy is just out your front door. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat!!
