I truly loved my experience with Relais! Even before flying out, the staff was communicating with me trying to make sure our check-in would be smooth. Once there, they were super nice and accommodating. And the room was very clean and comfortable. Relais is located in such a perfect spot in Rome! It allowed us to walk almost anywhere, and if we needed to take a taxi it was easy to get one to Relais. Truly, I cannot say how grateful I am that staying in Relais made our Rome trip such a memorable experience.

For a short stay Rome, this was the perfect hotel for me. It was close enough to the train station so when I needed to move to all the cities within Italy, it was convenient for me to take the train from this hotel, which is within walking distances. The area is really nice is mostly an area for office workers public employee workers so there is a lot of local flavor to the area and you have with that a lot of restaurants that are catering to the local community. Therefore, it doesn’t feel very touristy although one is very close to some of the major attractions I walked everywhere. I had no problems walking in late at night. The area felt very safe, and the hotel itself was nice clean and friendly. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this place! Alessandro was great and very helpful at check-in. There were 3 separate places that you needed to use your key card (front door, hallway to your room and your room), so it felt very secure. Air conditioning worked great, the space was very clean. Location was excellent - right in between the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum (about 20 minute walk to each). Definitely would stay again!

It’s situated in a quiet place. Most of the attractions are walkable from the hotel. It’s close to Roma Termini station. There are also some good restaurants close to it.

The staff was very welcoming upon arrival. There is an elevator, so we didn't have to carry our luggage upstairs. The room was clean, and it was refreshed on a daily basis. The shower and bathroom were splendid with a rain head shower head. As in other European cities, washcloths were not provided, but I buy "cheap" ones at home, and I can dispose of them in the hotel. The air conditioning also worked well. There was an excellent coffee shop, Tallia, nearby with wonderful pastries. Also, a pizzeria across the street, which we preferred to the other restaurant across the street, but they were both good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those visiting Rome.

Good location great wifi clean rooms very well air conditioning considering 36degrees not incl humidity. Great customer service they never say no to anything. About fifteen to twenty min to Travis walk and even closer to colosseum

Staff were excellent. They help us in everything we needed. We got there early and they try to accommodate us immediately. The hotel is old but well kept. The staff only work from 8 am to 8pm. So if you have an early tour and you need something before 8 am, you have to wait. However, the staff works with us for any need we had. I am very satisfied with the service. I wish they had coffee available or more amenities. But the hotel met our needs. I will definitively recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
