The location and name is misleading as it doesn't face the river tiber. The room itself came with limited amenities, no kettle and breakfast had a severe lack of options. Worst of all, upon untucking the bed, I was confronted with spiled sheets. Luckily there was a blanket which I assumed was clean in the cupboard. Would not stay here again

The property shuts off there central ac for the season so there was no ac in our unit but they did provide a fan. You could open the window but there was no screen so insects could get in the room. The property is clean and the staff helpful.

Ok hotel but no Air-con in room
Hotel was good, clean, good condition, ok for a couple of nights. Two points to make 1) No Air-conditioning in the room. Apparently they turn it off for guests in October irrespective of hot it is in Roma (it was 24 degrees on our visit). They put the heating on for your comfort which they can turn off for you but this doesn’t include turning the Air-con on. 2) Distance wise it’s about 30 Euro and 30 minutes into the city with Rome traffic…. So when booking just factor this into your cost. Other than that hotel was ok but unable to sleep with no Air-con at night and the family in one room …

Kudos for all the staff, from the reception desk to the breakfast and room attendants. Giovanni, Daniel, Georgia, Aliseo, Boyet, Christopher, Christian, Jun, Jackie, Jen, Adriana. They were helplful and friendly right off the bat. The hotel itself is well kept and maintained. TV programs should have English translations. Bus trans, shopping and plaza are within walking distances. Lively @ night. Everybody walks.

This place spoiled me. The bathrobes were so plush and they cleaned the room every day and at night they had turn down service. Free breakfast was great and there were a lot of restaurants near by and even a grocery store.

Furniture is showing its age. The property charges 25€ per day (which is not advertised anywhere). The location is far from the city centre which necessitates commuting by taxi/Uber or bus. Absurd mini-bar prices.

El staff no es amigable y están con una cara de escopeta, me hubiera gustado saber sus taxes por usar el parking, cuando preguntamos nos dijieron €25.00 pero no nos mencionaron que nos cobrarían un impuesto de 70€ me siento robada, pregunten siempre me queda como experiencia, en ninguna parte se su página web o de expedía habla de un impuesto extra. La comida del desayuno es simple nada especial.
