My stay here was fantastic!! I can’t thank the staff enough for being so kind and helpful. The lobby is gorgeous, and they have different waters + champagne up for grabs there. The rooms were VERY clean. I do want to note that I’m personally not a fan of carpeted rooms, but I can tell the cleanliness was top notch. The free breakfast was awesome, and the location is unbeatable. All in all, it was a great stay. Next time I’m in Rome I’ll be staying here again!

Fantastic hotel in a central position. Can easily walk to main attractions. Rooms were beautiful, staff couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was great, something for everyone. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely return orvuse this hotel chain in another location.

The hotel is spectacular and my room was spacious. I’ve stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels in over 50 countries. The service at Room Mate Filippo was the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere!

Super friendly and helpful staff! Great breakfast that was served til noon. The beds were too firm for our taste but sleeping was not a problem since the rooms were quiet, clean, cool and dark with curtains. Free water in the lobby, chocolate when we got to our room. Perfect distance to most things and a great restaurant next door, Osteria Barberini. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at Room Mate Filippo in Rome the hotel was nice as well as the breakfast and the locations (almost 10 min walking from Trevi Fountain). However, the staff attention was outstanding. Umberto Aversano and the rest of the front office agents made felt us like home, always saying hello when we enter and leave the hotel and helping us whenever we had a request.

The staff was outstanding and very welcoming - Umberto checked us in. There was water and Prosecco available while we waited for check in. The area is right up a short hill from Barberini square which has a nice fountain and some shops and restaurants - we liked to stop in at Pepe’s. Short walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon. Excellent location, very nice modern rooms, and great service.

Lovely Stay - friendly staff
The hotel has clearly been modernised recently all fittings new and fresh. All amenities in the room are great and look exactly like the pictues. Staff are really nice and always happy - all spoke excellent English and couldnt be more welcoming. Location is fab near all amenties and all city centre attractions within 15 minute walk tops. Quiet street but near bustle of busy shops and restaurants.
