Nice and relaxing
Filippo and Francesca, have a nice home near the airport and beach. The house is just a short drive from the heart of Rome. We enjoyed this nicely laid out house with all of it's amenities. Dinner on the back patio overlooking the community green space was the best!

This was an excellent choice We scape the craziness of the big city and had an amazing stay .
This was an amazing stay ! Hosts were amazing. Quick response and very accommodating. We will be back for sure !! The place is beautiful and well located , a little far from city but easy to move around !

Perfetto per gli ex palocchini
Per i molti espatriati ex palocchini come noi, questa proprietà è perfetta. La posizione è centrale e si può raggiungere quasi tutto a piedi, da supermercati, a bar, da amici a parenti. La proprietà in sé è molto spaziosa, ben tenuta, e piacevolissima da starci. Filippo e Francesca sono stati pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e a risolvere qualsiasi questione ci potesse essere. Abbiamo trovato casa via di casa.

Das Haus (mit Atrium!) von Francesca und Filippo ist liebevoll und originell ausgestattet. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen; Seife, Putzmittel usw. sind vorhanden (kennen wir auch anders). Check-In und Out waren problemlos; Filippo hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und viele Tipps zur Umgebung und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gegeben. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglickeiten in Fussnähe. Einziger, leicht negativer Punkt: die etwas lange Fahrt von ca 90 min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Vielen Dank an Francesca und Filippo, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genoßen und uns in eurem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Rom, die Stadt der Pinien, Meer und gutes Essen
Im sehr warmen Juli waren wir eine Woche in Rom. Das Reihenhaus liegt für Familien, mit eigenem Auto, in einer ruhigen und soliden Wohngegend perfekt. Zu erwähnen ist ein geräumiger Außenspielplatz nur für Anwohner. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind nicht weit entfernt.. Der Strand ist per Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen und das Colloseum in 40 Minuten. Das Haus mit Holzmöbeln eingerichtet ist geräumig und besitzt mehrere Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Waschmaschine und Klimaanlagen sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Einzig die Stromleistung ist im gesamten Viertel eingeschränkt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und geben gute Informationen zum Aufenthalt in Rom. Wir haben die Reise sehr genossen und empfehlen die Unterkunft gern weiter.

very clean and nice, completely equipted
we have been there for 10 nights and the apartment is very clean and good located between the city of Rome and the beaches. Its about a 35 Minutes ride by car to Rome center and in 15 Minutes you can be on the beach. Supermarkets and restaurants close by with very good offerings , we all enjoyed our stay here. very friendly hosts.

La zona e la casa sono bellissime. È un po’ lontano dal centro, ma con una macchina si può raggiungere tutto con comodità. C’è anche la fermata dell’autobus. Filippo e Francesca sono stati gentilissimi in tutto
