Suitable for your family and friends. You will be hosted in our large, completely renovated house, located in the center of the elegant neighborhood of Rome, Casalpalocco, the "Green Planet". The house overlooks the main park of the neighborhood known as "Il Pratone". It is adjacent to the "Le Terrazze" shopping center where there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and where you can meet and relax during your free time.
The completely renovated 270 m2 house consists of 2 floors and a basement with a communicating and independent apartment, a garden and a large communal park where children can play and adults relax. Up to 8 beds.
On the first floor there is a beautiful lounge, fully glazed internal garden patio, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and large terrace where you can eat, rest or sunbathe. From the terrace you can directly access the private garden and from here into the closed condominium park and accessible only to condominiums.
On the second floor there are: 1 double bedroom with anteroom and private bathroom; n. 1 bedroom with 2 single bed; n.1 double bedroom; n.1 single room with the possibility of adding a second bed; a common bathroom.
The house is air conditioned with air conditioning.
Main kitchen with oven, coffee machine, cooker, dishwasher, fridge.
The basement apartment has an independent entrance, large living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, single bed and bathroom.
It is available to guests for groups over 7 people (eighth and above).

We will be present if necessary and for any eventuality. We will meet guests in person at check-in and check-out but there may also be a person on our behalf who will assist you during check-in for the keys. In any case, we will still be available for your every need at any time, you can contact us whenever you want for any of your needs.
Casalpalocco is the ideal place to rest after visiting Rome or attending business meetings. You can practice sports in the open area and is equipped with paid sports centers for practicing various disciplines, tennis, swimming and much more.
Casalpalocco is located 5 km from the Castel Fusano estate with the adjacent coastal beaches, the pine forest, the sand dunes. It is possible to access private and public establishments near the Presidential Estate of Castel Porziano.
For bicycle lovers, a cycle path allows access to the pine forests (4 km) and the beaches (from 6 to 11 km) starting directly from Casal Palocco.
Casalpalocco is served by public transport lines to the surrounding areas: Rome Eur Fermi (Metroline B Line), Acilia (Rome-Ostia Metro Line), Ostia (Rome Coast).
For lovers of cycling or walking it is possible to go to the pine forest of Castel Fusano via a comfortable cycle path (4 km from the house) and from here reach Ostia Antica and the Archaeological Area (7 km from the house), or the bathing establishments and the areas of free beaches, to the south past the Presidential Estate of Castel Porziano, known as Lido di Castel Fusano "I Cancelli" (11 km from the house).
