This a clean well kept rooms. We were only staying one night and this was very close to Colosseum. Many restaurants close.

Perfect place for a visit to Rome- 5 minute walk to colosseum, 20-30 minutes walk to many other sites. Close to good restaurants. Room is clean and air conditioned. There’s a little bakery/store below if you want to grab a quick breakfast or drink at night.

Pour notre arrivée nous n'avions pas reçu l'information concernant le code d'entrée ni a quelle endroit ramasser la clé de la chambre, une chance qu'il faisait beau cette journée là. Les communications avec le concierge etaient difficiles durant notre séjour, par contre lorsque nous avons oublié de laisser le montant pour la taxe municipale la communication fut tres rapide et j'ai payé la taxe. Pour la propreté correcte, par contre l'une des serviette avait une grosse tache brunâtre et il y avait une tache de sang sur le coin de l'edredon. Pour le quartier de rome le pix etait bon, mais tu obtiens ce pourquoi tu payes.

We had a great stay! Staff was helpful for late check-in, and everything was clean, air-conditioned, and quiet. Particularly appreciated the bus stop across the street, which connected to lots of places around town!

Good location. Very expensive airport transportation, more than other prearranged transport. Beds were thin and uncomfortable with very thin pillows. Small bathroom. Good air conditioning.

Lovely place! Beautiful building, everything new and updated in the apartment. Comfortable bed. In the heart of Rome. Short walk to the Colloseum. Quiet and safe. Definitely recommend and would love to stay there again.

This was a beautiful little apartment in the most wonderful location.Right down the street from the colesseum. Maria was very helpful with information about things nearby.We had a lovely day for the three of us.

we rented 3 rooms for 8 people. We all loved this place. It is very modern and clean. We had a few problems with the door keys at the beginning but they were taken care of immediately. It is close to the Colosseum. There is a great little pastry/sandwich shop next door. Bus stop is nearby. This is a hidden gem. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome who doesn't need to stay in a hotel.

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood near the colosseum, this is a nice getaway with a coffee shop and a bus stop conveniently nearby. The desk staff has very limited hours, but they were friendly and helpful when they were present. Just make sure your arrival will be during their staffed hours.

Very clean, in the worker is friendly. My only problem is the Bed to hard and no kettle for coffee. They have a kitchen but no cutting board and a knife.
