I had an amazing stay in Trastevere, Rome! The hotel was charming. The location was ideal, nestled in the heart of Trastevere, allowing easy access to the vibrant local cafes, restaurants, and shops. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (Luiggi), offering great recommendations for local dining and sightseeing. My room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials. Trastevere itself is a beautiful neighborhood, full of character and charm. The cobblestone streets, colorful buildings, and lively atmosphere made it feel like I was truly immersed in the local Roman culture. If you're looking for a more authentic and relaxed stay in Rome, Trastevere is the place to be. Highly recommend staying here at WRH Trastevere for anyone visiting Rome!

Our host , Luigi, was very accommodating and helpful. The space is comfortable and clean in a really central location to see all of Rome. The Trastevere neighborhood is a super lively area with art galleries, restaurants, bars and all sorts of activities right on the street. Be aware that this is B and B type stay so there are quiet times to be respectful of other guests. I will definitely stay there again thanks, Luigi

This was a very last minute trip. It is more of an apartment or bed and breakfast than a traditional western hotel which I prefer. But it’s in a cool area and Luigi met me when I arrived and gave me coffee. This was a welcoming gesture. I would say this is a fun stay especially if you are a foodie and want to enjoy hip neighborhood Trastevere. Luigi was a great host. Thank you.

The room size was decent but the toilet didn’t flush properly and the water in the sink didn’t run. The lights outside the toilet were not working, same as the light in the corridor outside the room. In the week that we were there they never cleaned the room and some days didn’t even make the bed. When living towels on the floor to be changed they just hang them up again without changing them. The walls are so thin that you can hear other guests conversations as if they were in the room with you. The only good thing is that the location is excellent.

The property was situated in a good location but the room we received was not the one we expected. We booked a standard double room, as we do a most places, and expected a decent size room with a normal bed. The room they gave us did not have a separate bathroom -- to be clear there was toilet, sink, and shower stall but they were just baked into the wall with thin curtain separating them from the rest of the room -- i've been to hotels with small bathrooms, but this one was ridiculous as the toilet was 1 ft away from the edge of the bed, and the bathroom stall and shower stall were soo small. As a 6ft individual I could not even bend over in the shower. Not to mention the lack of privacy. This was not specified in the Room description when we were booking. The bed was the other ridiculous aspect -- it was a circular double bed. How can two people possible sleep on a circular double bed comfortably without their feet falling off the bed. Again, this was not stated anywhere when booking. The AC also does not work and there is no way to change the settings because they blocked off all the buttons so all you can do is turn it on and off -- our room got so hot. The concerning part is that this property is not receptive to any negative feedback and seems to attack guests to share any -- you don't have to take my word for it, just take a look at their Google Reviews and notice how rudely they respond to those who share any negative feedback. Overall would not recommend

The location of this site is great! And the staff is very friendly and helpful! However the room was extremely hot and the AC is on a fixed position. We had a very uncomfortable night with the room temperature.

Neat location in Trastevere, amazing restaurants nearby, easy walk to tourist spots but nice to be a bit removed from them. Great owners - even gave us towels for our day trip to the beach!

This property is nothing like the website in Expedia, I asked for hotel and it is no a hotel is an apartment that they rent every room. Needs and update and cleaning. No elevetor. Nobody is there after 12 pm. You have to loock for the keys. The air conditioner is not function properly. The bed and pillow uncomfortable. The only good is Mr Luigui is worry and help you about the transportation. But there are in the property por a limite time.

I really like the location of this property. It’s walkable to a lot of restaurants, shops etc. The place is clean. Luigi is really nice and friendly. My only complaint is that the airconditioning is not very cold.

This property was adequate for our 2 night stay. It was one large room with 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. It was clean and in a great location with many restaurants, cafes, and attractions near by. The accommodation itself was very basic and didn’t have any real climate control so we left the window ajar at night to keep the place cool. The trade off was keep the window closed and sweat all night, or open it to keep cool but listen to all the street noise all night long. I would recommend this if you are on a budget and only staying a night or two in Rome for sure.

This was a great location and a property with great potential but it is managed poorly; beds did not have clean sheets, we did not have sufficient blankets, we were asked to whisper in the lounge / lobby in the middle of the day because of other guests who were napping, there was no coffee or snack at breakfast…

Clean and Convenient!
Overall, we had a wonderful stay here. The room felt very clean and the staff were really friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location as there are so many great dining options within walking distance. It is also not too far from the main landmarks. The walls are a bit thin so sound can travel through but the hotel has quiet hours so it wasn’t a big issue for us.

The location of this property is excellent. All the major attractions are within a 20-30 min walk. While the owners are very nice, we did encounter some issues. Our hired cars both booked using the hotel came with issues. The first picked us up at the ship port 45min late. We belive he was waiting at the wrong ship. The second driver was given the wrong names by the hotel which created confusion. The hotel itself I would describle more as a hostel. The room we had was quite small. The mattress was incredibly thin and uncomfortable. We did notice upon leaving, other rooms had much larger matresses. The safe in the room was not even bolted to anything. Not much of a safe. Overall a nice place if youre looking to save a bit.
