Staff was courteous, rooms were clean, many amenities, great restaurants, easy access being close to multiple highways… It's been awhile since I last stayed here, but one thing that surprised me, is they charged $9.00 per day for parking outside - not the parking deck. (Most hotels in an outlying area such as this still Do Not Charge a Parking Fee)

We always stay at the Westin Lombard Yorktown Center when visiting Lombard, and this is the first time we’ve experienced any issues. Unfortunately, our room was not fully clean upon arrival. There were crumbs on the couch and inside the refrigerator. Additionally, the lighting above the bed was not working at all, which is usually one of our favorite features of the room. This experience was disappointing, as it’s not what we’ve come to expect from the Westin.
