Overall Amazing
The hotel is not cheap but is worth it. The amenities are incredible and well described. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, clean. The staff is always attentive to guests needs. The breakfast is good and plenty of variety.

Very nice hotel walking distance of city center of Rosario. polite, attentive staff. Breakfast delicious . Room spacious and comfortable. Fitness room average , enough to keep work out routine. Swimming pool amazing on rooftop of building with solarium, sauna and view of downtown. Complementary welcome cocktail was a nice surprise. Restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner services on second floor hotel!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Rosario.
Wow!! Probably the best hotel we have stayed in Argentina at midrange pricing. We booked a 3 day weekend here, got a good deal through Expedia. This hotel is brand new. Everywhere is spotless and shiny. Staff is every helpful, breakfast was good. The room is very comfortable, good A/C and fast Wifi connections. Rooftop pool is just a added bonus for a hot day in Rosario. We had a 2 year old with us, everything went smoothly. So not just a business hotel, good for a family weekend trip.

O hotel é antigo mas ainda mantém um bom estado de conservação. A iluminação do banheiro é muito fraca, quase uma penumbra. O café da manhã oferece poucas frutas, embora tenha grande variedade de pães e doces. Como poucas excessões, os funcionários não oferecem muita atenção aos hóspedes.

Estuve dos noches. Excelente la atención y predisposición de los empleados. Tuve un inconveniente personal y me lo resolvieron al instante. Lugar y limpieza impecable. Desayuno muy completo. No conforme con el tema de Estacionamiento. Tenia entendido que estaba en la tarifa, pero cuando hice el check-out me lo cobraron. Fuera de esto, el hotel 10 puntos.

Lindo hotel para un viajante
Es un lindo hotel para alguien que se queda en rosario por negocios. Todos los empleados del hotel son de primera y muy amables. Desde la gerente hasta el chico de mantenimiento todos son de primera. El desayuno deja que desear pero aparentemente es por culpa de protocolos por la pandemia. La pileta es chica y el espacio no es como para una familia. Las canillas y el botón del inodoro son exageradamente ruidosos y si hay alguien durmiendo seguro lo despiertan. A la habitación le hace falta algo más de luz y al baño un lugar donde colgar toallas. Lamentablemente el estacionamiento no es gratuito pero es barato. Estas son las cosas negativas. La cama es grande y cómoda, el frigobar enfría de maravillas, el wifi es rapidísimo y funciona en todo el hotel. Lo recomiendo mucho para un viajante de negocios porque es bueno, lindo y barato.

Muy buena! Excelente atención de todo el personal. Todo estaba muy limpio. Desayuno bien, considerando todas las medidas de protocolo Covid19. Es una pena no contar con los clásicos desayunos buffet.

El Hotel estaba muy a media máquina. Elegí el Amérian porque vi que tenía restaurante, bar, etc pero nada estaba funcionando. Tuve que salir, caminar 6 cuadras para comer mal en el primer Bar que encontré. Lo mismo el desayuno. Muy, pero muy básico. Los funcionarios dispuestos y amables. El cuarto muy bien. Espero sea efecto Pandemia

Buen hotel, a corregir un par de cosas
Lindo hotel. Tenemos 2 reclamos que comentar. Primero, deberían extender el horario de desayuno los domingos. Uno viene a relajarse el fin de semana y no está bueno andar apurado el domingo a la mañana porque sino perdés el desayuno. Y otra cosa negativa fue que escuchamos mover muebles tanto en la noche como en la mañana. Pero en general es un buen hotel

Já fiquei outras vezes no hotel. O quarto é confortável, espaçoso. Café da manhã bem servido. Um problema que se repetiu nas vezes que estive no hotel é que o restaurante não funciona para almoço e jantar e não tem room service.
