The motel itself was very nice, and well kept for the price range of the motel. However, our experience with the front desk was not a good one. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly slow, and absolutely no personality. One of our key cards stopped working, so we sent our daughter down to get it replaced. They rudely took it away from her and stranded her and her baby out of the room until I could get down there. Once my husband and I got down there the lady was very rude, and just kept preaching policy. We rented two rooms, one under my name and one under my husbands. We have our card on file for any incidentals. It shouldn’t matter who we have staying in each room. I can understand not handling over a card to just anyone, but a simple phone call to myself would have solved the whole problem. We travel quite a bit, and have never ran into such a dramatic situation over a silly key card not working. This motel could definitely use a little customer service training.

Meh, I should have paid a bit more someplace else

Pros: there is a convenience store and gas station literally right across the parking lot. The bathtub has a slant for your back for comfort, and very hot water. The check-in was quick and easy. Cons: The hot tub was not working, advised that breakfast was only bagels and juice, gum stuck to the floor of the room and hair on the shower walls, the hallway smelled like someone actively smoking cigarettes, the fan/heater when on when blow in smell of marijuana from the parking lot, the parking lot is sketchy with vehicles parked out there with people sleeping in them and a lot of foot traffic (just folks loitering in the parking lot). The room next to us was loud all hours of the night) It's one of the least expensive places to stay in Roseburg, but you get what you pay for.

Overall it was adequate

Overall, it was adequate. The overnight price was respectable. My only complaint is that my car was vandalized overnight but nothing was taken from inside. Generally though, the rest of the trip was good.

Jamie house keeper was amazing, she went above and beyond. Check in man wasn't friendly nor helpful. Manager on the 2nd day i believe Kathy was amazing as well, she went above and beyond as well to accommodate my handicapped father. Spa jetsnot good and cleanliness not goo. Also breakfast was very disappointing. Ive stayed here many times in past years visiting family, but not sure ill be back.

Nice place for the price

Clean and comfortable. The walls were pretty thin so you can hear people all around you. Pool was clean, hot tub was hot but the jets didn’t work. Breakfast was very basic but there are many restaurants nearby. Definitely worth the price. Would stay again

The only issue I had with this hotel they need to keep their elevator and the laundry room clean. Also constant smell of marijuana smoke flowing through hallways and coming into my room. Very irritating. The breakfast is nothing but Covid precautions still in place with all cold food package.
