The renovations that are being done are HIGHLY inconveniencing. Our entire wedding guest party complained about it. I thought it was just my floor as it sounded like it was above my room. Family members on ALL floors experienced the same thing. I woke up and tried to take an 815am call for work and was interrupted so much that I had to end the call. I’d recommend they close going forward for this type of renovation. Not good.

Nice hotel; good breakfast options; nice bar. Noisy as the renovation of club floor rooms continues. The drilling/hammering noise begins at 9 am and continues until 4 pm. Hotel is right across the street from the TowsonTowne Mall. Quite convenient!

The hotel overall was nice. When we arrived the hotel had no knowledge we had breakfast included in our booking. Our room's shower was dripping, the tub had rust and the shower head cover had fallen off exposing a hole in the wall. We also found out we have to pay $15 extra just to park our car. Overall, we had to way more troubleshooting in our checking that we should have AND it cost more.

I understand that this hotel is in the process of an update. The room we were in wasn’t updated and it was showing its age. It was terrible but it could have been better. The staff was confused when my parking pass wouldn’t open the gate. A guy that worked in the garage was able to resolve the issue.

One night stay was great. However the next morning, I had 2 knocks at the door asking when was I checking out!.. this was @ 10am, check-out time is 11:00am. I felt like they were rushing me out! I just checked out and waited next door for my husband to be released from surgery.

Likes: the closeness to shops, local markets, and restaurants. And, most importantly, closeness to surgery center. Free parking and option for free breakfast. Dislikes: the very low bathroom toilets w/o any rails...hope you replace during projected renovations. Also, would have liked a shower cap.
