Blood splattered across the ceiling, silverware covered in peanut butter on the floor, none of the beds were made in the rooms when we checked in, greasy mirrors. Overall filthy, and kind of a bizarre vibe

First room we were sent to was not ready all the bedding was sitting in the corner of the room ! The elevator didnt work .The ceiling at the front doors going into the building was falling on the ground at the entrance.The second room we were given on the third floor the staff was finishing putti g the bed together as we walked in. I have pictures of the hair left in the bath tub.it was a terrible experience! I could go on but it wont change anything!! Just wont stay there ever again.

The online pictures of this property is not what we got. First off, it was very difficult to get through to the hotel front desk before we even checked in to make sure that our reservation was still good. The room was no where near as nice as the pictures online showed. This room was run down. No telephone in room if we needed to get ahold of the front desk if we needed anything. The Wi-Fi was NONEXISTENT!! We couldn’t even watch TV. The jacuzzi was poorly put together. There were also dirt streaks in the jacuzzi (I have pics). The carpeting…YIKES!!! The mattress was horrible to sleep on. As an individual that deals with chronic pain, this bed made it all worse. There was no Kleenex. This was by far one of the worst hotels to stay at. And before you ask, no we didn’t address these issues with hotel management because of the holiday and I would safely assume that they were very busy. This was our Christmas and anniversary trip for the two of us. Baymont just didn’t do right by us.

It was definitely the filthiest, noisiest, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The elevator was broken for the entire 3 days I stayed there, there was no tissue paper, soap, or toiletries, and the staff were unfriendly and less than welcoming. It took the attendant 20 minutes to finally get to the front desk and when she arrived, she never apologized. There were multiple cigarette burns in the carpet, on the bathtub, and sink. The entire property smells like old trash and smoke. Whoever owns or manages this property should make a surprise visit there and see for themselves. I’m sure they’d be embarrassed.

If zero stars were possible that's what I would give it. This place is a dump! And that's being nice. Hotel has a funky smell and I kept getting wiffs if marijuana. Even in the room you could smell it. Elevator didn't work, Carpets were filthy, rooms were disgusting. All kinds of weird stains on the floor, window treatments, etc. Any 5 star reviews you read are probably written be the management using fake accounts. Sleeping in your car is s better option than this place.
