No full breakfast - extremely limited choices, no eggs or meat or bagels/toast, fruit, yogurt ... Basically nothing. "They were having it door dashed in" but nothing every arrived in the room even as late as 8:30. Very disappointed. Fire alarm/smoke detector was missing from room. Door didn't want to shut right and snow can't through the bottom. Safety door lock was busted. Did not feel safe sleeping.

Room was good and staff was great. Breakfast was decent but access to the front area and breakfast room is awful. The beds are hard and uncomfortable both of us were happy the leave. You have to walk around the hotel on either side (long distance) to go to eat something or drive around the building. The rooms have outside doors only and parking is in front of it. Had a couple other hiccups an idiot let his diesel truck run backed up the doors and exhausted several of us out. Also pervious renter removed the digital eye from the Tv thinking it was a camera. It operates the channel and options on the Direct TV.

Room was run down and in need of updating, cleaning and repair, but had everything needed for a work trip. Front desk staff was a bit unprofessional upon checking in 11/17/25, loud music playing from her phone that she didn’t turn down and had explicit language, she was also wearing what looked like sweatpants and sweatshirt. Amenities were to be desired, pool was closed and she said treadmill was broken in the exercise room. The provided breakfast was ok.
