This unit was very clean, as seen in the pictures and equipped with everything we needed. Location was key as we were able to walk to the event we were attending. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful this morning at our departure. We would recommend this unit. Parking is a little confusing at first but easy after we figured it out.

The place is nice, one bedroom condo: lively area of the town. Street parking is available but you have to pay. Communication for check in check out was great but we had to ask about the air condition since it was really hot but the host never responded. We stayed through the heat with the window open. Worth the money for sure tbh. I’d still recommend and give it a generous 4/5

CHAMBRE avec divan lit ,pouvant accommoder6 personnes ACCÈS AVEC CODE PRATIQUE Mal situé puisqu’il y a maintenant refuge pour itinérants en dessous,bruyant très tôt le matin bcq de va et vient et parle fort les itinérants, fait peu accueillant ( une chance que nous avions des hommes avec nous)et pu la cigarette dans les escalier, pour le logement c’est correct , propre, confortable et pratique mais fausse fenetration pour la chambre (donc peu prudent) Divan lit taché et inconfortable

L'endroit était humide et sentait mauvais. Le hot de poêle ne fonctionnait pas et contribuait à l'humidité, le sofa était crasseux, le bain de la douche cerné de rose avec un poil. Il mot avait aucune fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur. L’entrée de l’immeuble est située tout juste à côté d’un refuge de dernier recours, ce qui donne lieu à des agglomérations de gens directement à l’entrée. Passé cela, la literie était propre, le reste des lieux aussi et les lits confortables. Convient pour un in N out.

La chambre se trouve au 2 ieme étage une vingtaine de marches. Le stationnement est ultra mal indiqué, on vous donne une adresse que vous ne trouverai pas il s’agit du stationnement d’une firme de sécurité. Le stationnement alternatif est plus près de l’entrée je vous suggère celui la. Les stationnements sont assez difficile d’accès si vous n’avez pas de gps préparez vous à tourner en rond un bout. Le tout pas très accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite

Je suis vraiment déçue car même avec les indications, je n’ai pu me rendre à l’endroit indiqué et profiter de l’endroit. Les communications sont correctes, mais ils démontrent très peu d’empathie envers les difficultés que nous avons eu pour nous rendre à l’endroit indiqué. La rue étant piétonne, moi et ma famille (nous étions 6) avons préféré choisir un autre logis plus accessibles. On tournait en rond et on arrivait pas à trouver l’endroit et le stationnement. Malgré une demande d’exception pour le remboursement, ma demande a été refusée. D’ailleurs, je leur avait écrit quelques heures après mon arrivée à l’hôtel pour expliquer la situation et je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. J’ai donc dû faire affaire avec l’assistant virtuel d’Expedia pour que finalement, on daigne me répondre. Alors très déçue de la situation et de la décision. Je vous suggère d’éviter cet endroit tant que la rue est piétonne.
