Great location, staff were friendly and beds comfortable.
I was not able to get in touch prior to arrival, potentially an issue with Hotels.com but i did also try messaging directly to the whatsapp number on the property's own website and still no reply.
Needs more attention on cleaning, walls and ceilings in my room had a lot of swished bugs and dirty hand marks. Lights by bed were broken and coming off wall.
This is my second stay at Sunset Residence and I appreciate their great support on early check-in and late check- out! I'm looking forward to stay a third time! thank you so much!
Highly responsive and reliable staff: Only thing that could have been explained better was how to obtain the key after doing the online booking. The description made it sound as if the guests would have to check in and get the key from the main office first to then head to the actual property. It was not specified someone would bring the key, therefore we ended up booking first at a hotel
To avoid the hassle (since we had no car).
Maybe also offer a late check in option for a fee?

Sunset Residence is a nice-looking building with multiple units, we stayed at the top floor with a balcony. Since the roof is sloped it feels a bit crowded. Room is clean with everything needed. The communication through WhatsApp is very easy and prompt. The parking is at 10 minutes walk away, but transportation is provided which is great service.
Very well appointed apartment in a great location. Really enjoyed the outdoor patio also, extending the overall living space. Everything worked well and Avior team were very responsive.
We enjoyed our stay in Rovinj and room was sufficient.
The location was good and was walkable to old town in and fairly quiet. We wish we had upgraded from a std room to a bigger room as room very small and no kitchen or breakfast facilities. fairly modern and recently renovated. We left our car 5 minute walk away at a carpark for 10 euros per day. owners very friendly and good stay.
The staff was really exceptional as well as the communication . Wonderful balcony , very roomy . Great bathroom . Good location . Only problem , two large construction projects across the street. But work stopped fairly early in the so fine if u are out and about .
Everything was amazing , location comfort check on friendly helpful guide to the city. Even the parking was easy with the shuttle. We just couldn’t connect with the hotels via the app before checking in so that needs improvement. And there was a kettle to boil water in the room but no tea or instant coffee in the room. All the rest was perfect !
