The hotel is known for its style and it didn’t disappoint, however upon entering our suite the white carpet was littered with stains and the walk-in shower had scum around the bottom edge. While the two front desk attendants were helpful they were attired in house dresses which contradicted the upscale theme.

We stayed at the Mansion, in the Ghost and Mrs Hicks room. It was very clean and the decor is beautiful. We love walking by the waterfall it is amazing. The Roxbury is a great place to relax and enjoy the quiet.

Absolutely amazing! Wish we could have stayed much longer - would love to have had a chance to check out every room and the motel property as well… staff was friendly and helpful and we really felt cared for and comfortable

This was the most amazing stay we have had. The owners of this hotel have every detail covered. It is ckean, new and eclectic. The rooms are themed and you feel like you walked into anothwr world...somewhat Alice in wonderlandish! Beautiful!
