The staff was nice, but for what we paid, we never got our room cleaned in 3 days. We had to go to the desk multiple times and ask for fresh towels, etc. sometimes never getting the things we asked for. The shower was out of bath wash and we asked for that, never got replaced. I usually would not write a bad review, but would not recommend this hotel. The hotel was nice, but service not so much. Breakfast servers were nice. Today as we were checking out, someone was finally knocking on our door to clean the room.

The bed was comfortable, but the A/C/Heating system was extremely loud when it came on. The toilets are too low, they're made for very short people and you have more than short people that come to your establishment. I think breakfast should automatically be included, since most hotels (good ones) give breakfast for free.

The hotel charges an $100 incidental fee for like breakfast and other snacks if you aren’t a gold hilton member. That was the only thing that really caught me off guard since it’s been a while since I’ve stayed in a hotel, but you do get that money back if you don’t spend it at all during your stay. Overall, the stay was amazing and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located by plenty of restaurants and even a shopping mall pretty close by and arcades in the area as well. Unfortunately, there is no laundry area to clean clothes, but if you bring enough stuff to wear you’ll be fine. Lastly, I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere located around fun things to do. The breakfast is good and they offer a wide variety of snacks and little meals in the lobby to choose from at decent prices.

The area around the property has a lot of places to go so in that regard it was good but it is very busy. The air conditioning of the room was inefficient, it made a lot of noise and didn’t cool quickly. Even if the room eventually became cool, the bathroom was always warm. The beds were nice.
