Our first experience on this hotel was great. As HH member we got an upgrade and a complementary taxi to the airport at 2:00AM. Customer service, restaurant and room were very good. Thank you once again!
Second stay (this review) was not good. We went to the front desk to mention the bad condition of the shower holder and the overall condition of the ceiling over the bathtub (black mold present). We were accepting the room like that because we really needed to rest to continue our journey the following morning. The front desk representative noted our constructive feedback to inform the team about the situation of the room # 311.
Restaurant ambiance and food were excellent, but I did not feel a good service maybe because they were busy.
Breakfast selection and coffee quality were great but the access to the self-service buffet was blocked must of the time since the location of the Coffee makers were located at this very entrance. One suggestion is to segregate the coffee’s machines Or maybe use the back of the restaurant to accommodate the self-service buffet.
By the way, I loved the wall decoration on that back wall of the restaurant !!
We will return to this hotel to give them a third chance.
