Apartment Josefine

Our family-friendly apartment Josefine was reopened in November 2015 for you! We offer 2 large bedrooms with space for 4-5 people each (total space for up to 10 people). These are also individually bookable or an ideal sleeping place for z. B. friendly families. Also our apartment has a large living room with TV and a play area for our younger guests, a daylight bathroom with separate toilet and a fully equipped modern kitchen with balcony. A travel cot is available for toddlers 0-3 years free of charge. The Europa Park is just 8-10 minutes walk from our house, but also to France, Switzerland, the university town of Freiburg in the thermal bath or the zoo, or in the Black Forest, it is not far! Discover our tranquil region and get to know the Taubergießen with a boat tour, we are happy to answer any questions. There is a local tourist tax of € 1.00 per person per day (children from 0-11 years do not pay local tax). Please also note that for cancellations up to 3 days prior to arrival we require 60% and 1 day before arrival 80% of the booking price.

Wir waren eigentlich mit (fast) allem voll zufrieden - Lage super - Preis/ Leistung voll ok - sehr gut ausgestattet (inkl. kleiner Spielecke) - nette Vermieterin Es gab nur zwei mehr oder weniger kleine Mankos: die Türen sind teilweise recht laut (bei Kindern mit leichtem Schlaf nicht so gut) und in der Übergangszeit war keine Heizung an und es durfte diese auch nicht angemacht werden. Darum war es leider morgens und abends relativ kalt in der Wohnung. Und gerade wenn es draußen auch recht frisch und nass ist, freut man sich eigentlich auf eine warme Wohnung. Würde die FeWo dennoch klar weiterempfehlen, jedoch eher im Sommer ;-)

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, die Vermieterin wohnt über der Wohnung. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von ihr empfangen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig mit neuer Küchenzeile, 2 Toiletten (eine davon im Bad und eine separat). Laufnähe zu tollen Restaurants und dem Europapark. Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung.

Sehr netter und angenehmer Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Fewo sehr gut für uns als 2 befreundete Familien geeignet. Küche gut ausgestattet, auch Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Kühlschrank könnte allerdings etwas größer sein. Kurzer Fußweg zum Europapark. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir fahren bereits seit vielen Jahren 2x jährlich in den Europapark. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung Josefine sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit. Kaffeemaschine, Kaffeefilter und Kaffeepulver waren ebenfalls inkl./ unsere Kinder haben sofort ab Ankunft in der Spielecke gespielt (eine Spielecke hatten wir zuvor noch nirgends). Sehr großzügige große Zimmer. Viel Platz. Bad mit WC und extra Gäste WC. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Toller Action Urlaub im Europapark/ Rulantica
Tolle Ferienwohnung, super nette Vermieterin alles lief unkompliziert und reibungslos ! Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Wege zum Europapark und zum Rulantica sind kurz und fußläufig erreichbar. Wir mit 7 Personen angereist und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Schöner Kurzurlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben. Die Küche ist richtig gut eingerichtet das war top. Und es war auch alles schön sauber. Auch die Kinderecke war toll, da konnte unser kleiner richtig schön spielen. Die Lage ist auch top. Man kann zum Europapark und auch zu Rulantica laufen. Einzig die laute Straße hat uns etwas gestört. Aber ansonsten können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen.
