Heaven on Earth!!
I really struggled with giving this place 5 stars…only because if people realize how much of a gem this location is, it will be completely booked and we definitely plan on coming back!! Ben was so helpful and just a pure delight. We honestly can’t wait to come back!! 10 out 10 highly recommend!!

Great getaway
Very remote, if you’re looking for peace and nature this is the place. Host were more than considerate by leaving bare essentials food and snacks for the family. Ive never had that anywhere else. They were easy to contact and replied almost instantly everytime. The lodge has a great setup and just so remote nobody wanted to leave. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Will be staying again if im in the area. Very highly recommend.

Comfy Remote cabin stay
This was a great place for us to stay while riding the Chadwicks trails. The internet was spotty so if this is a working vacation dont bet on it. The cabin was very well accomaditing with all the little things you would probably forget to bring. It was very clean and orderly. The ac worked well and we stayed comfortably in 100 degree weather. There is also a very nice dog that visits we named him Felipe. He doesnt bite just wants pets and scraps. Overall highly recommend

We’re ready to go back!
The cabin was perfect! It had everything we needed and lots of things we didn’t know we needed, but we used. It is a short hike across the property into Mark Twain national forest, and a great bouldering spot at turtlehead rock. The beds were super comfortable, and the setting was beautiful and peaceful. The location, accommodations, thoughtful details, and friendliness and accessibility of the hosts made the stay amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

Off the beaten path with 5 star stay
We enjoyed our stay. The cabin had everything we could possibly need and then some. Beautifully decorated, clean. The water pressure was great! Loved that we had a washer and dryer to clean our clothes so we didn’t have to over pack! All wood floors were nice for me because I have allergies and I didn’t have one asthma attack while we stayed. The cabin even smells clean if you know what I’m talking about no musty smell like most cabins have. The bedding was very nice soft and kept us comfortable the entire night. The owner was so very nice. We enjoyed the history of the property. There are even some very nice books supplied at the cabin about the area if you want to snuggle up on the couch by the fireplace. This cabin is pretty far out. It took us about an hour to drive into Branson. But that is the charm of this place with it being right on swan creek you can play in the river in the quiet. No one is around you. You can actually see the starts out here and they are breathtaking. If you want to not hear civilization at all and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city this is the place. Our 4 dogs had a blast running around this property! The road in definitely needs a 4 wheel drive truck or all wheel drive vehicle. I would make sure you have a substantial ground clearance under your vehicle. We loved it so much fun just driving in with our teens we crossed creek flows over the road on the way in that made it so much fun. If you look off the side of the gravel road driving in we saw several natural waterfalls that were gorgeous!!!! There are springs everywhere coming up out of the ground along the drive into the property as well. The inside of the cabin can easily fit an entire family group. Plenty of sleeping for a few family’s to join you if you want a place that’s away this is it. We plan on spending many more visits to this beautiful place and making it a yearly stay. Next time we will stay much longer this is the outdoor family’s dream! Plus not sure if it was just our cell service or not but we had none. It was great for the fact that our teens can’t disconnect from them. Here they had no choice. It was great they hated it the first day but then opened up and seemed like we had a really family experience again. I can’t tell you how nice it is without all those distractions out of the way. Getting back to the comforts of being together. It really helped our family. I hope it can help your too. We loved it here! Really loved it!

The most wonderful spot!
I can’t say enough great things about the cabin and the host! My kids and I loved the adventure of driving through the little creek to get to the cabin. It was clean, cozy, had everything you could want in a get away! Plenty of hiking and exploring nearby. I hope to be back sooner rather than later!
