The location (in town/walkable), the age of the building (if you like history), the comfort (included sitting area with sofa, desk and TV), and experiencing something different than the usual chain motels were all really nice positives. The only negative was that the shower curtain/liner was sour, which can happen anywhere, including home, so I certainly don't mean this as a black mark on the property. I should have reported it. I'm sure they would have done something about it quickly, as the STAFF WAS WONDERFUL.

The bathroom needs updating in room 356. The bottom of the tub is curved and hard to stand on. We almost fell a few times. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location.

Staff is welcoming and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Only complaint, you can hear other peoples doors open and close and if there is a baby/toddler crying next door, you can hear it.

The Hotel offers a 2 Queens-side-Beds room. But we got Full-Side-Beds. The idea of not including parking in the Hotel is also a minus. At the restaurant, I asked the waiter for a lighter coffee and I was told to go the next-door restaurant for better coffee.

Very accommodating staff. Original room A/C was not functioning so staff found us another comparable room. Staff brought the new room key to us so we did not need to pack up and head to the lobby. This morning the desk staff saw me carrying two cups of coffee and ran ahead to push the elevator buttons for me. Well done.
