I stayed for 2 nights. The first night was ok, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The towels had stains, the bathtub was stained. But the second night was horrendous, there was a woman yelling and screaming in the parking lot for a couple of hours. Followed by police on a bullhorn telling her to vacate the premises. Unfortunately, I had a migraine headache with auras and could not check out or even deal with calling the front desk while that was happening. And my autistic son was sitting in the bathroom with his earphones on refusing to go to bed. When I checked out I expressed my discomfort, I was told that no one else complained and so there was no record of any of that happening. But they were able to offer me a $6 discount. Honestly, that pissed me off. Lol, $6. I was not looking for much but an acknowledgement would have gone a long way. I’ve stayed a few Best Westerns, but never again.

Beds could be better.
Beds were a little shabby and 1 bed the sheets were dirty with what looked like small blood stain. Front desk was nice and quick check in.

It was nice and quiet. There was security on site that helped us with our room. Overall it was. Good stay. Tv worked and they had a couch and table in the room. We had coffee but no ice.

Firstly plusses - very friendly staff! They tried to help us as much as they can. The breakfast was decent. The biggest complaint is about noise. The exhaust fan in bathroom was loud like a chopper. Showers in bathrooms have very low pressures despite the faucet having great pressure. We asked for a change of room and got it but both these problems were in the second room also. Finally, too many smokers ( marijuana) near rooms which are smoke free but the corridor is not apparently.

Not the nicest Best Western we've stayed in.
The room was clean and quiet, staff was polite and friendly, but we had a room on the second floor and there was no elevator. Also, the room smelled of marijuana. Breakfast was good.
