The staff was friendly and welcoming but the facility was dirty, the floors needed to be mopped in the elevator and the button panel was filthy, the room was outdated and the sofabed looked like it was 10 years old and needs to be replaced

It's a hotel tihing

The room was not clean. Couple rat turds every morning. The maids speak 0 English and is a re-stocker of things such as coffee sugar cups towels soap. All the things that are there when you get a room not a thing was moved to clean. I pushed a table that the lamp and alarm clock set on next to the bed and it was so nasty. Moved the couch same.no cleaning. Just re-stocking. Have a 200 cash deposit.the lady at the counter knows this as it's policy yet she made no mention about it to the guy before me checking out not me but she will make you say something or she would let you leave and she would keep it. If that's how an employee act just imagine how dirty the place is. I'll not go there ever again.

Convenient location and good amenities like refrig/stove/sink/microwave but bathroom didn’t have fan. Thin walls to hear outside door closings. Free breakfast was bland. Address wasn’t visible from street.

Unsafe and not recommended

The area is bad and the property was dated and not clean. The rooms felt like breeding areas for bugs. My family and I did see some bugs, but luckily not in our room. The ad stated there would be a full-sized fridge, but it was a mini-fridge. Even though I paid for three nights, I had to take my family after the first night and get other accommodations.

Clean but the beds were too hard for us.

The hotel was clean and breakfast okay. Unfortunately the beds were a little bit hard for us. I few more parking spaces would also help, since it was a little bit tight to park the car.

We had room 220. King bed and a sofa pull out bed. The sofa bed had no bed sheet and it has stains everywhere. So I folded the sofa back to a couch and slept in it. I didn’t realized the bad odor was from the couch. My sleeping clothes smelled bad from sleeping on that couch. We didn’t even bother contacting the front desk or complained since we were only staying the night to rest. But then again for the price of our stay on a holiday weekend was decent. We got what we payed for being the lowest price in the area.

When I made the reservation I called the site to request a first floor room, but we got third floor room. I did explained that my mom is handicap and if there is fire she won't be able to get done fast enough. When people request thing they should have said told me the truth instead of saying that we would get a room on the first and there are note about my called.
