Hotel was amazing. The only downfall was the parking situation. Only valet for $45/night or metered parking where ever you can find it. We had to park quite a ways away and lug all our luggage through downtown.
I recommend staff be informed of the various alternative overnight parking lots if customer choose to not use valet. We asked 3 staff members if the enclosed parking garage at 660 allowed overnight parking and none were aware. One staff member was aware of the 555 parking lot, but front desk did not know either.
The towels in our room were visibly dirty. The hand towel had yellow marks/stains and green food. The nightstands were dusty.
We requested for a high floor and away from the elevator and they couldn’t even accommodate either of the request. In fact it was the complete opposite. We were place right next to the elevators and on the 3rd floor. I cannot help but think that guests who use third party bookings get left with the worst rooms.
