This is not your boring, run of the mill hotel near an airport. It's fairly new property, conveniently close to SMF and yet quiet. The staff are very pleasant. The beds are super comfortable and the breakfast presentation is well designed, with a number of choices and is in a lovely room with lots of light and comfortable seating. The lobby is well laid out, with conversation areas and colorful sofas and artwork. There is a bar and small restaurant with light meals as well.I have stayed here twice when catching flights and will certainly do so again!

I needed a hotel close to the airport with shuttle service at all hours. This was perfect!! The staff were wonderful, the H Bar served a delicious sandwich for a quick supper, and the bed was very comfortable. The shuttle took me to the airport at 4 am and I was there in 10 minutes- couldn’t ask for anything more!!

It was perfect. From the shuttle driver picking us up at 12:30 in the morning. Taking us back safely to the hotel. And then another shuttle driver taking me over to get my rental car in the morning. The service was fantastic. The staff was fantastic. There was nothing even to remotely say anything negative about. Wonderful I will definitely use this hotel again.

We were given a room that was not cleaned. There was food on the floor, dirty dishes in the cupboard. We changed the sheets ourselves after requesting new ones. We did not change rooms since the kids were already asleep. The next morning, I spoke with Linda at the front desk who supposedly put in a request for a full cleaning. When we returned in the evening, the room was not cleaned at all. When we spoke with front desk again, we were told to email the manager who is not on site.
