The AC in my room had a really bad noise from it all night long, even when it was turned off. I went to reception at 4am to complain about it (they took my details) and went again at 8am to complain about the issue. Again they took my details and said someone would be in contact, but no one has contacted me. Worst night i have ever spent in a hotel, terrible!

Parking a U-Haul proved difficult. I took up more than 1 space. Charged $30 for this infraction. “Sam” front desk, insisted on this charge despite parking lot 70-30 open spaces. I would steer clear of this beautiful property if you have a big Truck, camper, traile, boat, RV. They will make you pay extra. (Reservation included free parking) Nice breakfast, gym, and room. Unfortunately, parking is troublesome.

Hotel and the room itself is amazing! Very clean, friendly staff and a nice setup with the bar and a few options for a small dinner! However, the breakfast that is included could use some improvement. The setup is so nice and has the potential for greatness, certainly not just eggs, potatoes, cereal and bread options. We were surprised at the no meat option, someone definitely needs to go back to the drawing board on the breakfast variety!

Do not stay here. At checkin the swiped my card they said the card failed so got my other card out that one went through. Next day both cards had a pending charge for hotel which in turn screwed the whole trip. When i talked to the manager she could do nothing to fix at front desk said it was my card and to call them. You get no help

Hotel staff not accommodating. My family and I had a terrible experience. I will no longer stay at a Hyatt in the future. We booked a Hyatt House room. I called the hotel several times to validate the difference between place and house, and they assured me that the house had a mini refrigerator and microwave. Upon my arrival, the room had no AC no heat, no mini refrigerator no microwave, some lightbulbs were missing from the lamps. Imagine my surprise as booking a “house” is typically more expensive than a “place.” Then the next morning the toilet stopped working. Above all, the staff was not accommodating. I understand they were fully booked but at the very least offer a complimentary dinner for the horrible experience, or anything for that matter, especially to a guest and their family in distress. I fully regret staying at this Hyatt hotel.
