The rudest greeting I have ever received from an establishment. From the front desk to the valet, they were angry people with zero interest in providing service. Fortunately, the morning brought new people who were happy and cordial. It was otherwise a great location and hotel, but first impressions matter in the "hospitality" business.

Cute and clean. Had trouble with the heater but called the front desk and someone came up a few minutes later to check on it and got it working. Valet does cost. The breakfast is decent and the dining room is beautiful.

We had a 1 bedroom and it was very spacious. Street parking was very easy and there was always availability to park in metered spots in front of the hotel or directly across the street. Staff was very friendly.
