The property is clean, most of the staff is friendly and professional. This is my second stay at this location. The first time was awesome. This time around not so much. Checking in became a nightmare, I had lost my bank card the day before check in, upon arrival they would not take my temp card from the bank for their $75 deposit. Company policy-no cash.. Understood, hotel hostess kept repeating herself, making me anxious as I already paid for the room and there would be no refund. And late in the day no other hotel and driving was not an option. Had to ask a friend to put the deposit down but, this also became a nightmare. It was next to impossible to add a guest, at the end after a long delay, the reservation which I paid for was booked under his name. A/C in room was not working, they were to fix around 4:30 pm while I would be away from room. This was not done. When I returned to the room, the repair person was in the room at 10:40 p.m.. Felt uncomfortable but he was professional. Turned TV on (not a big deal but) my friend's name popped with a welcome message. I paid for the room. one or two guests, price is the same. Not sure why I had to be completely removed in order to secure $75. Expedia customer service was not helpful either and placed on a long hold because they "could" not add a person to the room. Stressful experience, to say the least.
