Great Hotel

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was good. The breakfast was very good and there were a lot of options. The location was convenient to both the airport and Discovery Park, which was where I went for the Aftershock Festival. The area was quiet and there is a strip mall area across the street. The airport shuttle that was provided was nice.

The room was dirty, there were hairs around the bathroom. Additionally, there were no liners in the trash can, the trash bags were hung outside the can but not within. I had to wait over 3 hours for a custodian to clean my room. When they arrived, they did not clean properly when I pointed out issues, including small hairs left behind. The custodian complained that the hairs were ‘too small’. The materials they used to clean my room (a dirty broom with debris) were insufficient, and no disinfectant was used. 0/10 would not recommend due to poor service and cleanliness

Always love staying here. Easy to get to just wish the parking was better. Staff is great and everything is very clean, beds are comfortable. My only complaint is that the don’t start serving food until 4 or 4:30
