It’s very close to the UC Davis Campus if you’re looking for something that is close enough that you can walk to school. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good and very convenient.

Great aside from minor details
Nice and clean and quiet. Breakfast sufficient but could use better fruit. Tile in my bathroom were loose because the grout was broken but otherwise a nice stay.

There were smells coming out of the toilet. The walls are thin so very easy to hear the neighbors. Breakfast items were not as good as the other Hyatt Place. A hot oatmeal was advertised in the elevator but only packaged ones were found

Very clean. Staff helpful. Breakfast a cut above the typical hotel breakfast. Beds were super comfortable. Couch cushions need replacing though. They are very worn and uncomfortable.

Overall Stay was great. Not quite sure why parking has to be paid for. It’s a small parking area. But it felt safe and was all clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast is good and plenty if you are early. Nothing is put out at the end. So if you arrive 10-15 mins before it ends you get the leftovers.

Unfortunately, there were a few problems I encountered: 1. The breakfast is no longer good. The hard boiled eggs and cream cheese were frozen and not edible. No warm cereals. 2. The time before last that I stayed there I literally waited about 4 min for the girl at the desk to acknowledge me to try to check in, she never did, the manager happened to come in and help me. Not good at all. I will be looking for a new place to stay when I come to visit my son.
