We were given a handicap accessible room - the beds were low with no box spring and very uncomfortable. I understand why they are low for someone who needs it. We should not have been placed in the room.

Everything was great, but we were charged twice for 2 bottles of water and two bags of potato chips. We have spent the past few Christmas nights here. Breakfast is always good!

Amazing Stay! Loved our Experience
Loved the experience we had here. Stayed for several days. Always super clean. Room service did a great job. Make sure to communicate if you want it everyday as they will only come every other if not. Coffee and hot cocoa /tea bar in lobby, always stocked and ready to go. Amazing breakfast in the morning with a great selection and variety. Laundry services was nice to have a washer and dryer available to use. They also will exchange quarters for you at front desk which was very nice ($2 washer/$2 dryer = $4 for a load of laundry). Gym was amazing, and 24 hours. Nice little kitchen area with a sink, microwave and mini fridge to use. Beds were comfy, bedding and sheets clean. Would definitely stay again. Daytime front desk girl and overnight girl were awesome and so sweet, amazing at their customer service. Made us feel appreciated and always took care of our needs! As a family of 5 we slept well, 2 adults /3 kids in the 2 queen bed and pullout bed Suite. Thank you Marriott!

The property was amazing. The Ac/ heater in our room was tooooooo loud to use. The room was stuffy since we could not use the ac. Anytime we had to use it, you couldn’t hear the TV or each other.

Fantastic rooms with everything you may need to unwind enjoy or prepare a small snack/meal in your room. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are spacious! Great stay in a nicely renovated contemporary room. Will absolutely return if in the area and in need of comfortable lodging.

Stayed in roomat end of hallway on the ground floor for 2 nights and the outside door next to my room wouldn't close and lock either night unless you slammed the door hard on the outside or manually closed it on the inside ensuring it locked. It was very nice. The breakfast options were quit limited but adequate. Would’ve liked the hours to last until 10:00am instead of 9:00. The room, however, was very nice.
