My TV was not plugged in I had to move the tv stand so the cord could connect in the vanity area of the bathroom. I also couldn’t get the air to adjust and there was a bright light coming out of the ac/heater unit

I accidentally left my Kindle in the room when checking out. The representative kept the item and gave it back to me quickly after I made a phone call later. It's was very smooth and the staff was very kind.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and accessible to shopping. Good customer service front desk staff were great. However the Air conditioning/ heating system was a bit noisy difficult to have a restful night.

The room was so clean
The room was very clean. I always clean my hotel rooms when I check in. I was cleaning the room and every surface I cleaned there was no residual dirt. The floor was vacuumed and the room smelled fresh. This is my second time staying here and I will definitely stay here again when I visit the area.

The room was fine When I climbed in the bed , it was extremely soft and everything rolled to the middle like a worn out mattress will do. Woke up with an extremely sore back
