Nice three-bedroom home located in quiet neighborhood of Saginaw Township. Close to restaurants and shopping. The following is the bedroom setup:

Basement (finished) - Queen bed.

Also perfect for traveling medical professionals. Close to several hospitals. Completely furnished and ready to go.

Property is also pet friendly with a fenced in back yard.

Residence is a single family home with a detached garage and a fenced in back yard (Pet Friendly).

The basement has been partially finished. I added a queen size bed to accommodate quests with another option for sleeping. The basement is in the process of being finished and no workers will be there during anyones stay.

Perfect for Birch Run Shopping Trip
We had a wonderful time visiting as a family after shopping. The house is clean, safe, and convenient to everything. It’s a short check in to check out window but it worked for us. The host was efficient with communication. We would return.

Thus property had everything we needed. It was the only vacation rental i have ever stayed at that didn't require dishes be washed. That was nice and made it a relaxing time.

Nice place
We were in town for a funeral. Friends offered to put us all up in seperate locations, but it was so nice for all of us to stay in yhe same place. With 8 people, the one small bath was a bit of a challange, but there is a roughed in bath in the basement that i assume may be in the plans for a second bath in the future. Nice parking for our 3 cars, and could have fit a couple more. Kitchen stocked with coffee, spices, etc. Lovely house.

Plenty of room for our kids and us, and two adult grandchildren. This house was just under a half hour drive to the Lutheran church in Frankenmuth, and only about 12 minutes to the reception. Great location!

The house was as advertised. Convenient location and plenty of amenities. The management company or owners were very communicative. There were lots of nice touches such as dog bowls and a list of recommended restaurants. We would absolute stay here again

Family reunion 2023
The house was as described on the website. There were a few dinged doors, dented wall, some papers under the couches, and some other minor things that weren’t perfect. However, overall we were very happy with the home. The homeowner communicated well before we arrived and left clear directions to follow for checkout. We would definitely stay there again, we had no issues with the above described small dings and so on. They even left a list of local restaurants and attractions which was a nice touch. Would recommend to my friends and family.
