Electrical appliances will be used safely;
The land will be a place of passage, rest and discovery without damaging existing trees, shrubs and plants;
All in good condition and functional.
We do not accept any liability for misuse of the devices or imprudence on the part of the tenants.
Tenants are responsible for their pets.

**BEFORE LEAVING**
Exterior:
Discard your bottles, cardboard, paper, metal, plastic in the bins in the appropriate section.
Outside summer:
Store leisure equipment;
Make sure the BBQ canister is safe and off;
Enter linen and objects that would be on the gallery or on the wire;
Pick up dirt (paper, butts, bottles, etc ...)
Inside:
House must be as clean as possible;
After using the washing machine, close the faucets (behind the washing machine);
Check the shutdown of all household appliances
(including coffee maker and dishwasher);
Put the bins in the outside bins for this purpose (blue bin for recovery only);
Lock all exterior doors and windows;
Close the interior and exterior lights;
In winter, reduce the heating (reference: arrow indicator);
Put the key back into the housing at the location indicated;
Exit by closing the door and make sure it is locked.
