Nestled in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood, this villa boasts a fantastic location, just 100 meters from the beach. All essential amenities are within easy reach, including a local market (on Tuesdays and Fridays), bistros, restaurants, as well as a post office, newsagent/tobacco shop, and an ATM. It's the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
A Spacious and Charming Home
The villa consists of two separate buildings, connected by a delightful garden terrace. A total of six rooms are available, offering space for up to six people:
Main House (Sleeping Area):
- Ground Floor: A spacious bedroom with a double bed (160 cm, two mattresses), a bathroom (with shower, sink, and toilet), and a bright veranda, which also serves as a utility room.
- Upstairs: Two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), plus an open area that can be used as an office, reading corner, or storage space.
Second Building (Living and Kitchen Area):
Separate from the main house and located on the other side of the garden, here you will find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room—ideal for shared meals and socializing.

Gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit Charme

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern dort Und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Unser Eindruck/Feedback: Positiv: - sehr gepflegte Anlage - Nähe zum Meer erlaubt den Kindern auch selbstständig zum Meer zu laufen - Bäckerei(sehr lecker) und Supermarkt um die Ecke, wobei der Supermarkt wirklich nur für die schnelle Kleinigkeit brauchbar ist - nahegelegene Bar am Stand für den Hunger zwischendurch Negativ: - ein Schlafzimmer stank mehrere Tage modrig - Klimaanlage noch immer stark verschmutzt/Schwarzschimmel im Obergeschoss - alle Schlafzimmer sind zu klein, kaum Platz zum Aufbewahren der Bekleidung - die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss lassen sich eigentlich nur von einer Familie untereinander nutzen da sich die Klimaanlage im Vorraum befindet und man die Schlafzimmertüren offen stehen lassen - in der Anzeige steht ein Whirlpool den es nicht gibt - es sind nur zwei vollwertige Bäder vorhanden, das 3. ist lediglich eine Toilette - der Ort St. cyprien Plage ist leider nicht wirklich berauschend - saubere Strände und Meer, allerdings in dem Bereich keine Dusche am Strand

Agréable maison pour vacances paisibles

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Vincent, toujours disponible, rapide et d'une rare gentillesse. Une grand Merci à vous ! Nous avons passé de reposantes vacances dans cette agréable et atypique maison de vacances. Maison idéale pour un couple et 2 adolescents (2 salles de bains) où chacun avait sa chambre. Endroit très calme.. on peut dormir la fenêtre ouverte ! La maison est très bien équipée pour cuisiner, se détendre sur la terrasse (parasols, chaises de plage sont à disposition).. les zones jour et nuit sont séparées. Un petit bémol pour l'entretien de la cour-terrasse pas trop propre à notre arrivée et malheureusement salie quotidiennement par les pigeons et oiseaux.. Nous n'avons pas osé utiliser l'eau à l'extérieur (restrictions). La maison est idéalement située, à deux pas d'une agréable plage, d'une succulente boulangerie au coin de la rue. Toutes les commodités: boucherie, poissonnerie, supermarché sont proches, sans oublier les deux marchés hebdomadaires au bout de la rue. Le très bon et beau restaurant "la Dolce Vita" au bout de la plage est à essayer sans hésitation, car bien mieux que les restaurants surchargés du port. Nous conseillons er recommandons vivement cette location !

Notre séjour s'est très passé, maison avec tout le confort (ustensiles, vaisselles, salon de jardin, jeux, parasols...), rien n'est laissé au hasard ! Le gérant des lieux était accueillant, à l'écoute et réactif. A 2min de la plage, d'une boulangerie très bonne, bref idéalement placé

Toller Strandurlaub

Für einen Standurlaub absolut empfehlenswert. Haus sehr nah zum Strand und Meer. Auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung geeignet, da Perpignon, Narbonne und auch Spanien sehr gut erreichbar sind. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlagen sind ein absolutes Plus.

Hübsches Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben uns im Haus und Hof sehr wohlgefühlt, eine Oase wenn es drumherum Mittags heiß ist. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht genutzt (Anfang Juni) aber ist vielleicht nötig wenn es noch heißer wird. Zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Meter und der Strand ist hübsch. Alle Läden sind in der Nähe und zweimal in der Woche der Markt. Sehr schön!

Très belle maison, parfaite pour une famille idéalement située

Nous étions une famille (6 adultes et un bébé). Nous avons trouvé une ancienne maison de pêcheur très bien rénovée avec trois espaces distincts entourant un bel espace extérieur. Le tout est confortable et très bien équipé. Le logement se situe à 2 pas de la mer et au milieu d'un quartier calme mais avec toutes les facilités (dont un très beau marché deux fois par semaine). L'accueil et la disponibilité de la personne de contact sont irréprochables. Un lieu de vacances idéal que nous recommandons sans réserve).

Gîte très sympa !

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans ce gîte très sympa, très bien aménagé et équipé. La séparation des différents lieux autour du patio nous a un peu surpris au début mais cela doit donner un côté encore plus vacances en été…le quartier est très calme, la mer et la plage juste à côté. Au top! Merci à Cécile de nous permettre de pouvoir profiter de ce lieu!

Komfortabler, geräumiger Wohn-Kochbereich. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit großem Ceranfeld und großem Kühl-Gefrierschrank. Moderne Badezimmer. Hübscher Freisitz im Hof. Strand und Wochenmarkt nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Kein deutscher Fernsehsender. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pour un séjour idéal

Propriété très agréable par son originalité. L'extérieur de la maison permet de profiter de jolis petits coins de verdure et de prendre tous les repas protégés du soleil. La pièce à vivre est spacieuse et les chambres séparées de cet espace permettent à chacun de retrouver un peu d'intimité. L'équipement de la cuisine est au top tant par son électro ménager que par ses ustensiles, casseroles, vaisselle... La situation de la maison est idéale. Tout en étant proche de la plage (2 mn à pied), des commerces et des marchés hebdomadaires le quartier est très calme. Un autre point très positif, l'accueil de Vincent, personne très agréable et disponible. En résumé, sejour parfait.
