Large house of 120 m2 facing south-east completely new style Perigord with a large terrace and views of the countryside. Development and new kitchen equipment. Quiet situation. After a day visiting the beautiful castles of Périgord, you will have the pleasure of enjoying our infinity pool (12mx6m), if you still have energy to spend, enjoy the tennis court or the bowling green and after this you can enjoy a well deserved aperitif on your terrace overlooking the countryside.

Great facilities in a rural location
Properties spec are to a high standard and the facilities are great for all the family for an active or relaxing stay in beautiful rural surroundings in a classically french hamlet. Annie was very helpful during our stay and flexible especially with our late evening arrival which was very appreciated. Would definitely return. Salut!

Très bon séjour en Dordogne
Très belle location tout confort, avons passé un agréable séjour. Piscine très agréable, en cette période de COVID-19, même si elle est partagée il y’a assez de place pour tout le monde et distanciation respectée. Je recommande cette location et la gérante du domaine est très gentille et disponible.

Het huis is absoluut ruim genoeg en goed uitgerust. Het is er erg afgelegen en rustig. De faciliteiten zijn top- de biljarttafel- tennisveld en zwembad.

Belle maison. Conforme à l'annonce. Un clic clac dans pièce du bas serait un joli plus. Il faudrait prévoir un endroit pour jouer au foot. Le champ en bas de la propriété est trop risqué

Notre séjour au Figuier en périgord début août
Nous avons apprécié le calme du lieu et l'accès aisé à la piscine. Cet accès partagé à la piscine avec d'autre vacanciers nous avait de prime abord un peu inquiété… Bien à tort, il n'en fût rien, car les voisins étaient charmants et leurs enfants ont pu jouer avec nos petits-enfants dans une excellente entente, les contacts ont toujours été chaleureux. Un regret que la maison ne soit pas un peu plus horizontale, une terrasse en RDC et une cuisine en étage, ce sont de nombreux déplacements dans l'escalier ! Difficile de la reconstruire, mais repenser l'affectation des espaces, sans doute… Compte tenu de la taille de maison un réfrigérateur de plus grande capacité ne serait pas un luxe et pourquoi ne pas doter la maison de cet équipement supplémentaire en RDC ce qui éviterait de multiplier les déplacements ! La proximité de notre gîte avec de nombreux site à visiter, le calme nous ont fait oublier ces petits tracas...
