Complete with a pastel blue exterior, ocean views, and surrounded by Carolina palms, Harbor Island’s Charleston Charm is the perfect retreat for your Sea Islands escape. This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home sleeps six, offering guests a king-sized accommodation and 2 queen beds.

The living room is complete with a TV, including a DVD player, three glass doors leading to the deck, and plenty of seating. Prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, and dine at the six-person table to recount your eventful day.

Head out the deck and settle into one of the cozy lounge chairs and bask in the warm breeze and enjoy the beautiful palm trees. The ocean is only a short walk away, making Charleston Charm a great home for avid beach-goers. This home overlooks one of Harbor island's pools and the path to the beach is right next to the house.

Staying on Harbor Island includes access to the pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and basketball court. Harbor Island is a secured island that does require all guests to have a car pass to access the island. Guest must provide car pass total before their arrival. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles max. Resort access requires a car pass to enter. Information for this entry pass should be gathered at booking or a minimum of 14 days before arrival.

Great House!
This house is perfectly located. Close to a pool, but not so close that it is too noisy. This was perfect for our family. It has wonderful ocean views. The management company was fantastic to work with and providesld all of the necessary info pre-trip and was very responsive during the trip. Inside the house is a very well cared for space that matches the description to a tee. We would definitely stay there again!

Just perfect!
This was our second stat at Charleston Charm and it was just perfect! Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. We love how close it is to the pool, beach access and BRC. The wildlife was out and we saw several alligators, osprey, a ray on the beach and lots of little creatures. So fun!

Great place, communication with management could be improved
The house and facilities were excellent. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We wished we had booked a longer stay. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 queen size beds and king size in master bedroom, ideal for a stay with our adult children and partners. Communication with the site management could have been better I had to request several times for details of the check in procedure and how to obtain the entry passes. That information should have been provided with the receipt for the full payment. Getting hold of local office - just a couple of miles away - after power cut, required going through a call center. Frustrating.

Few issues
This was a great house minus a few things. The master bath was in disrepair and looked like it was in the middle of some minor renovations. The water didn’t drain well out of the kids shower or out of one of the master sinks. The golf cart was an added bonus. Local restaurants were lacking unless you drive to Beaufort, but we dealt with this fine.

Wonderful vacation!
The house was the perfect place for our vacation! It was across the road from the Beach and Racquet Club, right next to a small pool and a short walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked. We loved the beachy vibe and were extremely comfortable. We'd love to rent Charleston Charm again!

Summer Vacation
We spent a week in July here. We have a family of 6, a teenager and three younger ones aged six to ten. The kids split up two and two to share their beds. Both beds were comfy and big enough for them. They loved having balcony access to their own rooms. The master bedroom is big with a very comfy king sized bed. The balcony off the master was wonderful as well to sit, drink coffee, and watch the sunrise over the ocean. The living room had plenty of room for all of us and our friends that came over for dinner. Between the dining table and the table on the back porch we all had enough seating to eat dinner with friends. The kitchen was wonderful! It literally had everything we needed. Any appliance you could think of needing and they had it. They had plenty of sand toys, boogie boards, and skim boards for my crew on the beach…plus a wagon to pull it with. Although we didn’t use it, they did have a tent topper and a few beach chairs. Surprisingly the owners also left the golf cart and keys for us to use which was super nice! Thank you ☺️ The house is literally right across the road from the clubhouse that has the fitness center and a pool. However, our kids used the pool that was behind the house which was even closer.

Great home.
We had a great time. However disappointed that the all the amenities were not available due to covid and the cost to rent was not adjusted. Although communicated before we signed the agreement I may have chosen a different location had I known this upon beginning my search.

Beautiful Home on Harbor Island
Our stay on Harbor Island was fantastic. The house is beautiful, spacious and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. The pool behind the house and across the street were easily accessible and wonderful. The walk to the beach is so close!

Beautiful Beaufort by the Sea
We love this property! It’s our 2nd time staying in it! It has all the amenities you’d need including hi end technology not to mention fabulous decor yet comfy & located in the perfect spot right in the center of beach, pools, Raquet club & tennis court! Hot tub always a pleasure & the golf cart gets us around everywhere we need to go! Love it 🥰 always sad to leave but we take fun memories with us! Thanks as always!

Lovely home!
Truly enjoyed our stay. Ocean view in the horizon and just a short walk to the beach. We drove around the island on the golf cart, fished, swam in the ocean and 2 pools, crabbed, bird watched and rode bikes at Huntington State Park just a short distance away. Enjoyed Beaufort and the historical sites all around. Management was very attentive and very easy to deal with. Wonderfully relaxing. Just what we needed. We are in hopes to return.
