Bask in the panoramic views and ocean air of Harbor Island from this charming 1-bedroom condo, located a boardwalk stroll from the beach.

The condo can accommodate two guests, making it an ideal escape for couples. This sunny ground-floor unit opens onto a light-filled living area, warmly decorated with a sectional sofa and twin mid-century club chairs framing a modern glass coffee table and wall-mounted TV. Just beyond, a glass dining table seats two guests for dinners home-cooked in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring hardwood floors, wood cabinets and stainless steel counters. There is also an additional powder room.

After a day at the beach, retreat to the private bedroom, where a king-sized bed and wall-paneled cable TV invite relaxation. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with hardwood floors and a spacious step-in shower. On cool evenings, step through sliding glass doors from the bedroom to enjoy a drink on the private deck.

A separate deck off the living area, furnished with a stylish sitting area, leads to a private white-sand beach with sweeping marsh views. A boardwalk leads to the ocean for easy access to swimming, shell hunting and dolphin watching.

As a guest of the Cedar Beach Villa condo complex, you’ll enjoy access to outdoor common areas with two charcoal grills for summer barbecues and two seasonal swimming pools.

You’ll also have access to the Harbor Island Beach & Racquet Club, which features an Olympic-sized pool overlooking the marshes of the Harbor River, a tennis court, beach volleyball court, and a shuffleboard. Please be advised that all guests are required to have a car pass in order to access the island. Guest must provide a car pass total before their arrival. This condo has parking available for up to 1 vehicle. Resort access requires a car pass to enter. Information for this entry pass should be gathered at booking or a minimum of 14 days before arrival.

Long weekend beach spot
We enjoyed the condo as our home base while being tourists in both Charleston and Savannah. The weather only gave us one day of sunshine on the beach, which was a wonderful spot. There’s a yummy pizza place right around the corner and we enjoyed pizza on the beach. We also were there to visit family in Beaufort which was about a 20 minute drive away. We never used the kitchen for cooking, but it was well equipped. Everything we needed was available in the condo. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful home and easy walk to the sound
The home is exactly as pictured online. It’s very comfortable and while decorated beautifully, it wasn’t done so you’re scared to move. Having two bathrooms in a 1 bedroom place is rare and so that was great. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Everything was super clean. The shower was amazing! The water pressure will for sure get you clean! Only two negatives, (1) the sheets are too small for the bed. It needs deep pocket sheets, so the corners kept coming up during the night. Super annoying. (2) as other reviewers have mentioned, the TV remotes are just ridiculous. They have directions which don’t add much to the experience. There are four and two do nothing. The sound bar doesn’t work, and when watching cable, you had to physically change it from the cable box. We are pretty tech savvy and found it frustrating. Did we spend a lot of time watching TV? Of course not, but when we wanted to it was a process. We were there during the US Open. If renting, understand this is on the sound side and not the Atlantic Ocean side. There are advantages to this, but you won’t be able to ride waves or hear the ocean. It’s a large beach with plenty of room; particularly at low tide.

Stunning Condo And Views
We are frequent renters on Harbor Island and this condo is by far, the BEST one we have stayed in yet. The decor is absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. Wonderful outdoor furniture to relax on after a day at the beach. We will be renting this one again and again.

Very impressed with location of the property. Very well appointed and comfortable and convenient to great seafood in Beaufort. The one complaint is the complexity of the televisions (definitely need written instructions). However, after much fiddling with the remotes, we did get them to work. The view was fabulous and the porch very comfortable. We checked in on a Monday for what we thought was to be a three-night stay. Regrettably, the hurricane (Hurricane Ira) cut our stay short and we had to leave on Wednesday afternoon. Very much of a disappointment. Love Harbor Island and will probably come back again.

We had such a lovely stay! The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Clean and updated. The view is wonderful and access to the beach was perfect!! The whole community is lovely. TV's were a bit confusing to figure out how to use (too many remotes) but management company came right away to help. We will be back!

Great property and location. Walk out the back door and straight to the beach. Very clean and well kept property with great location. Short drive to endless restaurants and shops. Keep in mind since there are multiple floors that you will hear others during your stay. Nothing that ear plugs can't solve. Also a future upgrade would be to update the couch and chairs in the picture. Look great in the photo but not comfortable to sit on. Overall great stay and property.

Great vacation spot
The property is excellent. Everything we could’ve expected and more. Although at this time some of the “extras” are closed due to COVID, we found the property to have everything we wanted and more. One particular “extra” is the nature right outside the door - we spent a lot of time exploring the beach and the interesting dunes between the shore and the condo. Would recommend this stay to anyone.

Such a great and beautifully decorated condo. We enjoyed our time on the back porch with a glass of wine at night and a warm cup of coffee in the morning. Short walk over the dunes to the beach. The owner was great to deal with and always answered my messages promptly. We stayed at another condo in this same complex the year before and this one was truly top notch.

Beautiful Condo
The condo is absolutely beautiful with thoughtful touches. We loved everything about the condo itself, the owner has really put time into making the space relaxing and comfortable. My only complaint would be the rental company being extremely difficult to get ahold of, and the communication with them is extremely poor. Other than that, absolutely no complaints and would rent this space again with no hesitation. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful Place but has Maintenance Issues
This is the second time my wife and I stayed here this year. The condo is beautiful, recently renovated and well-situated in a complex on the beach. We recommend it, but there were some maintenance and housekeeping issues this time. Upon check-in, we discovered a swarm of flies in the kitchen and flies throughout the condo. We called the property manager who promised a serviceman to come, but it never happened. We killed over 2 dozen flies, earwigs, and moths over the next 3 days. Additionally, the deck was a sand-covered mess when we arrived, and there were an insufficient number of trash bags and rolls of toilet paper. We love this place, but we hope that they address these problems.

Couples Getaway
Great location. Beautiful decor but a little too much clutter. Not a lot of space for guests to put their things. Well maintained, however the 3 ceiling fans were dirty and really needed a good cleaning. Suggest leaving clear directions on how the TV’s operate. It was very warm weather and with Covid going on staying in at night and watching a movie was all you could do. One was a Smart TV in the bedroom and after 2 days we decided to call to as was told it was only useable with an APP. Also due to Covid virus check in was not until 5:00 pm even though we had to pay full price for the first day. All in all, it was great for a couple of nights in Harbor Island.

A beautiful place to stay and relax
We have stayed at many beach resorts around or country and the world but by far this was the cleanest, up to date, and most relaxing. The people here are so friendly and the beach is immaculate and not too crowded. As for the property, it is a hidden paradise. Don't wait book today!
