There was a lot of confusion with our booking, someone else was given our room. The hotel did out it’s in another chalet, but then we received a receipt (via email) that was not ours and we spent 1 hour trying to sort out if our credit card had been mistakenly charged.

The room was simple but clean except there was an open coffee package from the previous guest. It is mainly for camping and that is how the building is designed. It was ok for us because we just needed a place to sleep. The plus was that there was a shower and no tub so much easier.

Love the property, great bfast, comfortable bed. Thought I reserved a room within the main building, but on arrival was informed I reserved a "tiny home" close by. It was still nice but no air conditioning .... nice ceiling fan though. The main problem was the screens had major holes ... the screen in the door , which allowed mosquitoes in.... oh, and couldn't figure out how to turn the lamp on. Beautiful little cabin though and great staff.

Nice place to stay , many activities avalable. Zip line, fishing, cycling, hiking ! Very good welcoming, very clean and quiet . Nice place to stay !

Noisy neighbours
Very basic accommodations—small and spartan but very clean. It has a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Good value for money. The walls are very thin and we were entertained by the love making antics of our upstairs neighbours all night long. This made it difficult to sleep because they made a lot of noise. The on-site restaurant offers good basic food at reasonable prices. Breakfast is only offered at 9:00 which is much too late for travellers who want to get an early start. When I explained this to our host he provided me with croissants and fresh fruit to take to my room the night before.

The staff was amazing. We arrived late due to storms on our drive. Not only did they keep reception open so we could get our key and directions to our cabin, but they also had the kitchen make us a pizza to takeout. The customer service made our experience the best.

Beautiful, clean, quiet place. Appreciated the late check in as we had been driving for 11 hours. Disappointing the pool was not in service during our visit. Overall, very impressive place!

We stopped here to sleep for one night in our long drive home - we arrived late but found out keys to check in easily. The cabin was perfect! It's a bit dated on the inside but was spacious, clean and would be a great spot to rent for a few days. We looked around the ground quickly in the morning before departing and wish we'd had more time to stay an explore. The grounds looked nice and overall we would recommend this spot to stay.

Area was a bit tricky to find via google maps but we found it. The yurt we stayed in was good but it also felt a bit unstable. Otherwise the area is great, quiet and beautiful

The staff were amazing - super helpful and lovely. But we booked tge spot for one of their treehouse yurts. Turned out the water in ours didn’t work. So the only option was for us to stay in a camper trailer. We appreciate that they had somewhere fir us to stay but this wasnt the experience we booked or wanted.
