Papic House

12 km from the beaches of La Grande Motte, the gîte "La maison de Papic" is ideally located between Nîmes and Montpellier in an old winemaker's farmhouse (Mas de Cadoule) nicely renovated in a real little hamlet.
It is the Maison de Maître du Mas, adjoining our home, which we have completely renovated into a gite labeled 3 ears by Gîte de France (2001) for 10 people (165 m2).
Papic's house is composed on the ground floor: a large room with fitted kitchen and dining room, an independent living room, a bedroom with integrated shower room, a separate toilet, a veranda with bay window, a private garden of 2000 m2; Upstairs: 4 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom with WC, 2 Shower rooms, 1 separate WC.
The cottage has all the necessary comfort (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, American fridge, freezer, microwave, TV, WiFi, garden furniture, baby equipment, etc.), the bedding is recent and of excellent quality.
The Mas is surrounded by 4 ha of landscaped parks with an orchard, a very large communal swimming pool (19 * 5 M), beaches equipped with deckchairs, a private barbecue, a football pitch, outdoor children's games, a table ping pong, boules court, shaded parking with electric gate.
The Mas is in the middle of 20 hectares of cultivated agricultural land belonging to us.
There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as a fitness center, or other amenities including a living plant wall and barbecue grills.
