Bed very comfortable. Liked that the windows were openable. Good table for eating or working at. Breakfast ok dxcspt ran out of eggs very quickly and no whole wheat bread. Staff great.

Terrible stay
No hot water for 3 days. After day 2 without any trace of any manager, I had ta ask to talk to a manager about all this a few times for him to show up at 21:00 on a Saturday. The poor receptionist that was there couldn’t handle all the complaints and seemed in a total anxiety breakdown. People were washing off in the pool. Truly awful.

Very clean hotel. Front staff were sooo friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with lots of plugs and ways to charge electronics. Great neighbourhood as well.

if you call reception, they never help. rooms don't have a ventilation system and you'll be disgusted staying there, even windows don't open since they're fixed.

Dès notre arrivé le personnel nous a informé d'un problème informatique avec les chambres alors on a demandé d'avoir un accès à la piscine ce qui a été accepté...plus tard au moment de prendre notre douche avant souper après le check-in...on a dû se résigner à se laver à l'eau tiède car il n'y avait pas d'eau chaud dans le douche et aucune eau chaude au robinet du lavabo. Nous en avons informer l'accueil mais le mal été fait...je vous conseille aussi d'apporter vos oreillers car elle ne sont pas confortable...sinon c'est propre, le spa est bien et le petit déjeuner de base fait bien la job.
