It comprises an entrance hall with cupboard, living room with double sofa bed, fully-equipped open kitchen, dining room, bedroom with double bed that can be separated into 2 single beds, closets and cupboards. Shower room and WC. Balcony with sea view. Private closed garage.

Good location

Great beach view location for easy access to the sand and the town. The bed is two singles put together and they separated during the night making it a little uncomfortable. Not a very comfortable couch and needs to include directions for the induction cooktop. No blinds on any windows and shutters work only in bedroom. Loved the security and quietness of neighbors.

Lovely sea view location

The property has lift access and private underground parking. It’s only a 8-10 walk to Intra Muros. Beach opposite suitable for swimming with an adjacent mile long promenade. The apartment is light and airy, comfortable and well equipped. However, there is no Wi-Fi access, and the television only has French channels available, good for language practice!

Deception sur les equipements

Sur votre site inscrivez qu il n y a pas de WiFi et non pas que le WiFi n est pas compris. Ce sera plus explicite. Le reseau téléphonique pour un mobil est tres mauvais donc difficile sans wifi. Et les volets mecaniques ou automatiques ne fonctionnaient pas.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine très chouette dans ce joli appartement, très agréable, la déco est simple et belle, le lit confortable. Intramuros est à 10-15 minutes à pied et la vue sur la mer est superbe. Le gros bémol est l absence d internet.
