Our family booked three rooms for an overnight stay following wedding. Checked in at 3:00AM using the machine to pay, recover code to enter room - very smooth. Room typical for the category - clean and well furnished. Breakfast sufficient. croissants, pain au chocolat, cereal, yoghurt, hot drinks, juices, condiments with a smile from service. After a dispute about "breakfast included," the issue was resolved in my favor by the manager. Great customer service. If you need a hotel in the area, don't hesitate to book this one.

A clean comfortable budget motel
This Ibis was a good choice for our stay while visiting friends in the area. It's located in an industrial zone (typical for Ibis Budget), but there was a very good boulangerie (bakery) within 3 minutes walking distance for morning croissants and coffee! St Maximin is a close enough drive to find dinner options. We were there for 2 nights and everything was clean and comfortable. We'd stay here again.

Good value for the money, safe area and comfy bed
Overall it was an excellent stay. Look, it is a IBIS Budget and the town there is no many options to go with. Then I rate as a good value for the money, as other hotels in St Max are a pretty more expensive. Staff really polite, good wifi, front desk does speak/understand good in English, clean areas, good sleep bed, silent areas (even it is in front the highway), there is a microwave in the common area. Breakfast was really basic for 6.60Euros, but to be honest in town you will spend the same. Location was ok-ish. It isa distance on foot/walking 15 min to St Max's town centre, however, as a women solo traveller I felt safe and no prob at all. The front desk works by 9pm. Then, please check on a code IBIS will send to you, as it will be a must if you will arrive late. I arrived at 10pm. Then there is a self check-in machine, then it will give you a room and door code to get in your room.

The only good thing abt this stay was checkin - smooth & efficient. But starting at 3:00AM, when we got back, the code wouldn’t open the room. After many tries, called the emergency number. Got hung up on twice, then attendant emerged. Meantime, code worked & we got into the room. Attendant very rude & impolite. Room stunk of cigarette smoke, shower stall had hairs on the floor. Don’t expect frills but at least cleanliness

Exceptionally good for an inexpensive hotel
As an inexpensive motorway hotel this Ibis Budget is exceptionally good. Very clean and bright with decent rooms. Very well looked after. A good fresh breakfast with enough choice. congratulations to this hotel.

I was in this town 10 years ago. Now there r so many tourists. They seem to keep the main attraction a secret. The cave of Mary Magdalene. The room had everything I needed. I never stayed in a budget before. I was pleased
