It was easy to find from the station, breakfast was good, the public bath was good ( you do need to strip down to your birthday suite), the room was good except the bed it was one step up from sleeping on the hard ground.
Dirty room, no hygiene.expected us to use a duvet cover that had not been washed yet had been used by guests for days, possibly weeks, no clean replacements available, this did not fit in with the hotels covid responses.
The bed was clean and the public onsen was large. The best part of the stay was complimentary breakfast. The package forwarding service (Kuroneko parcel) was available and I used it to send a package inside of Japan.
This is a basic business hotel, convenient to the station. Staff was friendly. Includes basic breakfast buffet but the restaurant was small and table-space limited, so expect to stand in line if you go at peak time. Good free coffee in the lobby. Nice public bath area on the first floor (men and women separate) but small - room for about 4 people max at a time on the women's side. Bed was quite hard, and furnishings are basic, but desk chair was comfy. Bathroom is a unit bath, a bit dated but completely functional.
Very nice staff, very quick check in / check out. Room is pretty good. My only complaints were bed is too firm and pillow to big. But those are just personal preferences anyways.
