Hotel staff are very nice and friendly. There is shuttle to and from airport as well as to and from the shopping area of Narita. Room is on the small side but very adequate. As with Japanese hotels, there are amenities such as toothbrush/toothpaste, comb etc. A nice overnight stay for a layover

Amazing staff and comfortable room.
We’ve had amazing service. The staff are so helpful and welcoming. They stored our 2 bike bags while we rode around Japan for 3 weeks and were very accommodating with allowing us to pack our bikes in the room. Highly recommend Hotel Nikko Narita!

Great hotel location. Dont order a wine in the rooftop bar unless you are prepared for a shock. If they want people to have a drink up there they need to get real with their pricing.

They gave me a room that smells like cigarette.. the room condition is poor .. I asked for a room change they charge me extra 1,000 yen per night .. I agree anyway rather sleeping in a very very bad room conditon.

This was a convenient stay at the airport for our flight the next day at Narita. We look Narita express from Tokyo to Narita airport then took the free shuttle to the hotel. We had dinner at Serena a la carte and it was a great dinner for our last night.

I stayed at this hotel twice going in and out of Tokyo. It is a very nice hotel. Perhaps a little basic but the price is right. Nice restaurant and breakfast is good. I think breakfast is sometimes included in reservation. Somehow I got it the first day, but I did not have it automatic second day. Not sure why but I assume I did something different or long. Staff is very helpful. For a quick overnight I would recommend it highly.
