Hotel is good if you need a place to stay near the airport. Very convenient with the free shuttle bus they provide for transfers between the hotel and airport. Room amenities did not include water.

Location was perfect. Right in the middle of Donbori. Hotel service, like everywhere in Japan, was amazing. Room is a bit small, but big enough for 2. Opt for the breakfast buffet! It was SO GOOOD! We would definitely stay here again and recommend any of our friends and family to stay here, as well.

Great location if flying out of Narita. Free shuttle bus to the terminals. The hotel is quite dated and had a bit of a musty smell. Dinner was very good at the snack bar - burger and fries. Good for a one night stay since there isn't much else around.
