Not enough room. Had to pay extra for the third person then had to pay more for a cot for them to sleep on. Only had two towels in room. So we had to get more. No housekeeping during our stay. The furnace was extremely loud.

Staff support was definitely lacking. Yes, we were there during a storm, but within the entire resort and casino there were ZERO offerings of food after 10pm. They were even unable to provide snacks. Not even a candy bar. We were extremely disappointed with accomodations relating to food and dining and any communications regarding early closure - because there wasn't any.
