There is a new arcade for the kids! The pool was busy and didn't seem so clean but after a shower we went to the arcade and it was so much fun!

This is a beautiful resort. The purpose of my stay was business in the area. I had no idea what to expect when I made the reservation at the Seneca Allegany. The food was terrific, the rooms were clean, and the staff was wonderful. I'm not much of a gambler, but I truly enjoyed the decor which included artwork from local artisans that highlighted the history of the Seneca Nation.

The room was extremely clean- the heat was hard to keep consistent. It felt like it was blowing all night long. Restaurant we ate at in the casino was overpriced, small portions and just not good. We waited 20 minutes to be attended to and then it was another half an hour waiting for our food!

The casino has rigged the machines so no one ever wins. Paid for a king suite and got a queen suite, but no comp. Seneca Cafe was a joke, literally over an hour to wait for a meal after ordering when the Cafe wasn’t even busy. Will be a long while before we return.

Rooms were clean and spacious. However, very poor design in the bathroom the shower leaks of water at the shower door onto the bathroom floor and the bathroom sink was made for a 6 ft person and was back breaking to use
