Arrived at hotel, there was another guest who arrived before us trying to check in. There was no one at the front desk. There was a phone for you to use if you needed assistance, but it would ring until it disconnected. It took about 15 minutes before the gentleman showed, along with his two friends he was hanging out with. He had a terrible attitude, not friendly at all. When we got to our room, we actually questioned whether it had been cleaned. There was coffee spills on the table, there was no towels, no soap. The room smelled like skunk. When we asked for towels and soap because there was none, there was no apologies. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast with our stay, it was never set up by the time we tried to check out. I say tried to check out because again there was nobody at the front desk, tried calling for assistance phone, again nothing. There was a number for incase of emergency call, so we did, had to leave a message. We eventually left our room keys on the front desk and left. Horrible customer service experience.
