Our room smelled like human feces, one drawer was broken, the bathroom light hardly came on,no extra pillows, not enough shampoo or amenities, no microwave or table. When I went to front desk to get towels, they gave me one and said there were no more. They were going to change my room on the last night of three days. We had to go to Walmart and spend our own money to buy a shopping bag full of air fresheners, just so we could sleep in our room. At breakfast, there were not enough plates, bruised fruit and bad tasting yogurt. Customer service was awful. And the one washer they had was in the hallway and you got to listen to it run. No do not disturb sign and doors dont close properly. This is motel hell, and should not he on hotel sites. I talked to others.some had blood on their sheets, another said their room smelled like urine. Totally disgusted with this hotel. NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW. STAY AWAY. Oh, and no apologies from manager.

On check was given a room already occupied Room we eventually got looked old. Curtains were pinned together to keep them closed. No non skid floor mat in bathroom and no hand rails making it unsafe for handicapped persons - this could be a liability issue if anyone was injured

Room was clean. Looked like it had been recently remodeled. Employee was nice and helpful. We left before breakfast breakfast so i don't know what they had. It was in the middle of the city close by a convenient store and restaurants

This is an old property. I asked the front desk to replace or fix my coffee maker and they said yes they would be right on it to replace it. When I came back to my room, no one had entered the room and my coffee maker was still the same one. When I ask the front desk about it The woman got very defensive and refused to talk to me. She said that I was being rude to her, which I was not I just wanted answers.
