We stay here whenever we go to a Jazz game or when we go to the Christmas Sing Along and have loved it in the past. This visit, there was a random q-tip on the floor and the lotion had been opened and was almost empty. There seemed to be things splattered on the walls, especially in the bathroom. We did eat at the bistro for breakfast and it was great! Really good service and the food was delicious! I'm sure we'll come back again, but I hope some of the little things will be fixed.

The lady checking us in was so friendly and greeted us with a big smile. Our room was very clean, smelled clean and was really big. Oh...except there were hairs under the sink that were left by previous guests...but the rest was very clean. Love how close it is to everything downtown.
